Dealing with this company is like signing up for a headache. Three times, and I'm talking THREE times, they managed to mess things up. Flights canceled, money taken, and the refund struggle? It's been months, and they're still holding onto our cash. Emails go unanswered or come back with no real answers. On the phone, they sound like they're speaking a different language. Asked us to cancel the booking on our end, but hold up – that means we'd get peanuts back, not the full amount. Totally shady move, especially when the cancellation came straight from the flight company, not us. And here's the kicker: They jacked up the ticket price right there in the OTP! Caught it, called them out, and they hit us with "companies can change prices anytime." Seriously? You can still book the same ticket on their site for the original price. Sneaky much? Bottom line – Easymytrip? More like EasymyCashGrab. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear. These guys are in it for the money, not the customers.

Ugh, the whole flight fiasco

Ugh, the whole flight fiasco with EaseMyTrip was a nightmare! Got an email saying I could cancel for a full refund after the airline rescheduled my EMT119882124 flight. So, I went ahead and canceled, trusting them. But guess what? The day before my flight, boom! They hit me with an email saying the airline denied the full refund and offered the usual cancellation charges. Total scam move! Easy my trip? More like "Perfect Scam." Lesson learned – never using them again, and I'm warning all my pals to steer clear too. Thanks, but no thanks, EaseMyTrip.

I've been using this platform for years for my plane tickets. I like their prices and the customer service has been good so far. Just a few hours ago I needed some urgent help and the lady Riya from customer service helped me with such patience and gave me a reasonable solution. I highly appreciate her efforts. Instead of just telling me nothing is possible or this is the rule, she really tried to help me and made my day. Thanks for the help Riya. It's not what you say, it's how you say that matters. Cheers!!

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. We bought two tickets on their site at a fair price, but 24 hours later, they called to say the ticket wasn’t confirmed because the price had gone up. We had to pay an extra £400 to confirm. After confirming the ticket, we learned the agent had given his email as the contact for the airline, making it impossible for us to manage the booking or check-in online since the OTP was sent to the agent's email. Stay away from this site; the price isn't worth the trouble.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I’ve received. Despite repeatedly calling and requesting a room upgrade, nothing has been done. What’s even more upsetting is that I was told by your team that an upgrade wasn’t possible, which is untrue according to the hotel itself. This experience feels like a scam—I've been given misleading information repeatedly, and nothing has been resolved. Even after calling hotel directly and they said

Total nightmare

Total nightmare on November 1st when I snagged a room at Hotel Residency in Mumbai. They slapped me with a hefty 7,200 for a club room, but guess what? Got handed a standard room that's worth 5,400. Felt like I got played big time. Called up customer care hoping for a miracle, and all I got was a sorry. Wasted a good four hours of my one-day stay dealing with this mess.

I've got to say, booking my Kashmir trip through Ease My Trip was pretty smooth. At first, I was a bit unsure 'cause it wasn't online, but it turned out okay. The package was decently priced. My only gripe was we didn't use all our time well on the day trips from Srinagar. We could've seen one more place in Sonmarg, Pahalgam, and Gulmarg.

I bought flight tickets with baggage on their site, but only half of them had baggage! The support team said I should pay for the extra baggage and they'd refund me. But they never replied to my receipts and follow-up emails!

My opinion about the company is that it's good. The staff is really nice, and I think easemytrip is a great travel agency to use. Tuba, who was helping me, did a good job planning my trip, and everything went smoothly.
