Attempts to contact customer care proved futile, with unsatisfactory responses. This poor service compelled me to urgently book my flight tickets through another travel portal, resulting in almost double the original booking amount. This experience left me with no choice but to seek alternatives, as the urgency of my travel plans could not be avoided.
