Thieves, thieves beware. Our ticket had not even been generated when we realized we had put the wrong return date. On request to have this changed, we were charged £180 (£60 per person). We had no choice but to cancel. They said even if the airline agreed to cancel free of charge, we would still incur the cost. All this while the card was still pending authorization, and the E-ticket was not even generated or appearing on the flight company website. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Deceptive Practices and Unhelpful Service

My experience with their customer service was abysmal. They claimed my flight was unconfirmed, leading me to pay extra for rescheduling. However, the flight was never confirmed to begin with. The lack of transparency and refusal to issue refunds for a non-existent service make this a regrettable and strongly unadvisable purchasing option for anyone.

I enjoy using this service because it offers straightforward and handy online chatting options. I really hate the fees added when paying with any credit card, which only show up during the payment process. If there are any extra charges or fees, they should be stated at the beginning, not at the final payment page.

I booked a round trip to Mexico City for 7 days. Got just what I wanted. Good if you need cheap tickets with very short notice. HOWEVER, only use if you're 10000000% sure you'll fly on chosen date(s). If unsure, better reserve with airline directly. That's why many bad reviews. People use it wrong.

My experience booking a ticket was disappointing for two reasons. First, the fare shown initially ended up being much higher when I booked, even more than the airline's price. Second, the extra charges on the card were unexpectedly high. I won't use budgetair.com for booking tickets again.

THE COMPANY IS GOOD, BUT THERE WAS A LITTLE ISSUE WITH THE PRICE INCREASE WHEN I WAS BOOKING. ALSO, THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR UNKOWN FEES AT PAYMENT. IT SEEMS A BIT SHADY AND I'M NOT SURE WHAT I WAS CHARGED FOR.
