Customer service is good. They respond fast to any questions and keep you informed. Shipments are always on time. After my insurance stopped covering my meds, they helped me to stay on my treatment. Overall, I feel pleased with the experience

I have had a very positive experience with Emerge since I started. There was a small delay in shipping because of issues with the FDA shortage list. However, Emerge quickly changed pharmacies, and my order arrived faster than I thought it would. The results from the medications I received from Empower pharmacy have been really good. I switched from a local med spa because of the better pricing, and I’m really happy with my decision.

I began using Tirzepitide injections after a not-so-great time with the oral/sublingual form (no results at all, yet I paid $500—still have the pills, just quit taking them).
