After a 3 month illness, my body became stiff, with tendons, ligaments, and joints being less mobile. My strength also decreased. Then, I had a sciatica injury that was fixed with chiropractic care. During this, we found that my upper and lower spine curves were misaligned, my head had a noticeable forward tilt, and there was some scoliosis. I started treatment at my back wellness center and resumed my Man Flow Yoga. After about 6 weeks, I feel much better in terms of strength, mobility, and flexibility, but there’s still more progress needed.
