Absolutely terrible experience with Home Depot! I'd rate them zero if possible. Bought a fridge, and the delivery was a nightmare. The delivery guys refused to install it because of a water issue. After struggling to shut it off myself, they agreed to deliver, only to drive away. Disgusting behavior! Home Depot's customer service is a disaster. Getting a refund was a nightmare. Never again will I buy from them. Opted for a reputable appliance store later, and the difference was night and day. Professional delivery, a pleasure to deal with – unlike those Home Depot losers.

I regretfully purchased a supposedly "live" Christmas tree from Home Depot, investing time and money in decorating it. Despite ample water, the tree remained lifeless, never absorbing any. It's now a costly and unattractive dead tree, disappointing and frustrating. Home Depot's sale of overpriced, non-viable Christmas trees reflects poorly on their quality and commitment to customer satisfaction. I caution others to be wary of purchasing live trees from Home Depot, as my experience has been disappointing and a waste of both time and money.

Wow, my experience with HD was horrendous. The delivery guys were rude, and when I asked for the driver's name, he said he didn't have one! I returned everything. Redeeming my eGift cards has been a mess. I'll never buy big stuff here again. Pinecrest, Florida store.

Home Depot's customer service was terrible! We got a stackable dryer delivered but the crew refused to install it. Even after calling their boss, they still left. When we complained to Home Depot, they ignored us and blamed us. I'm never shopping there again!
