Absolutely worst customer service!
by Lorrie

Absolutely worst customer service! The program is a complete waste of time and money. It's just a bunch of written instructions with no videos or demonstrations of techniques. I tried their methods for my dog's separation anxiety, which involved absurd exercises like shutting myself in the bathroom with the dog for 30 minutes and trying to leave without the dog following. I signed up for the 1-year plan thinking it would save money, but it turned out to be a total waste. A year later, they charged me $119 without any warning. When I called Wiglo for a refund, they refused. I managed to reverse the charge through my bank, but Wiglo fought back and reinstated the charge. I've reached out to them via email, but they are now ignoring me. All I want is my money back!

Tried using this program to
by Jamie

Tried using this program to help with teaching my older dog some new tricks, especially with off-leash training. It didn't really engage us much and didn't offer anything beyond common sense advice. If I wanted that, I wouldn't have spent money on it; I'd have gone for an in-person trainer. Plus, their cancellation process and customer service are quite outdated - waiting a week for an email response and not being reminded about subscription renewals is frustrating. Save your money and opt for a real trainer instead, even for brushing up on skills.

The training program is easy to
by Jane

The training program is easy to follow with lessons you can complete at your own pace. The information is delivered in small, digestible amounts, building upon previous lessons. We found it effective to review a lesson each morning and apply the training throughout the day. If our beagle didn't grasp a concept, we would repeat the training the next day. After just a week of focused training, we noticed our dog became more responsive to our cues and calmer on walks. Love how simple and effective the program is!

I experienced discrimination
by Kera Pasquerilla

I experienced discrimination due to a disability that causes reading issues and difficulty understanding lengthy text explanations. The platform doesn't offer previews, and I initially thought there were videos included. They refused a refund and ignored my explanation of the challenges I faced. The lack of accessibility made me feel discriminated against. However, after posting this review, they issued a refund, which I appreciate.

Company moves too slow & doesn’t let
by Sarah

Company moves too slow & doesn’t let you progress at your own speed if you need to. It locks you out of next steps until later. I’ve had a much better experience with the free app Pupford. Very disappoined with this one.

Company moves a bit sluggishly & doesn't let you go at your pace if you need to. It locks you out of upcoming steps until later. I've had a better experience with the free app Pupford. I'm very let down with this one.
