The layout is very well done, and I appreciate how
by Anonymous

The layout is very well done, and I appreciate how the modules are organized and that there's a quiz after each one. The exercises work great with my dog, and I've noticed improvement quickly. The explanations are clear, and there's plenty of demonstration. The individual courses on various topics are helpful, and the initial quiz matches you with the right courses. I also like the inclusion of games. One area for improvement is that a few videos have sound issues, making them hard to hear. Also, the quizzes being in English makes it slightly tougher to understand. Using an online translator helps. It's worth noting the effort put in, with every video translated into German.

SCAMMERS DONT TOUCH
by Diana

The quality of the product is sub-standard it looks like they have taken the videos from some other source and then dubbed sound that doesn't match. The lessons are crap as well. But mostly the auto subscribe function means they can keep taking money out and if you think you can cancel the subscription, think again! The only way you can cancel is to send an email to them which they don't respond to, then when you try to charge back, it gets denied because the seller didn't send an email confirming cancellation. Stay well clear of these scammers!

This company is definitely not trustworthy
by Mr Paul Wilson

This company is definitely not trustworthy. I signed up for a cheap trial offer and was okay with that. The content was poor, and I stopped using it after just one session. Three months later, they charged £79.99 to my account. I asked for a refund three times but was told I didn’t meet the refund requirements. Since I paid through PayPal, I filed a dispute, and they sided with me, so I got my money back immediately. They are dishonest scammers. Avoid them at all costs.

Avoid Doggie-plan.com.
by Ms. Sutton

Avoid Doggie-plan.com. It's a total rip-off if you don't want to waste your money. I couldn't even get into their site. First, they took $9.99 on 5-3-24, then charged another $19.99 the same day. Why charge $19.99 again in the same month? They then took $49.99 on June 8, 2024, and another $49.99 on July 15, 2024. I've asked several times for my money back. Today's my last chance for them to sort this out. I keep getting the same reply but no refund.

They auto-renew their subscriptions
by Laura

They auto-renew their subscriptions without warning. Pay with PayPal to be safe. If they decline your refund request, file a complaint through PayPal. Inform them about the complaint and they'll refund you within 5 minutes. It's kind of shady, but I got my money back fast. On the other hand, they reply to emails very quickly, like within 10 minutes. No problems there.

Paid €19.99 for a training program but
by Nanni McPhee

Paid €19.99 for a training program but received no response. I specifically chose not to subscribe. Then, they took €49.99 from my account without asking, which is theft. This kind of thing happens often, using your details to steal. How low can people go? I will get my money back as this is clear theft.

Don't trust this company.
by Dani Gray

Don't trust this company. Really sketchy...they advertise a discount but don't mention it's a subscription, and you get charged four times more without any heads-up. Then they won't give your money back. Looks like this is their plan based on all the complaints here.

An absolute scam. They deflect all queries and do not accept responsibility for how they deal with customers. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. Let all you friends know on social media. Do not buy or subscribe to their product.

I didn't know about the auto renew
by Sayuri

I didn't know about the auto renew and payment when I made my first purchase. When I contacted them, they were understanding and quickly refunded me. I appreciate that they made my experience good.

Having memory problems
by Catherine

Having memory problems, it would be useful to receive some reminders by email to help me remember to revisit the course. Thanks.
