These guys are beyond belief

These guys are beyond belief. 😡 Two of my friends used their pet transport service when they were relocating, and it turned into a nightmare. Their poor dogs were left in a scorching hot truck overnight, without any air conditioning. Tragically, one of the dogs didn't make it and was found dead. The driver even had the audacity to transport the deceased dog to the nearest vet, and reports say the van reeked of marijuana, with music blasting so loud that they couldn't even hear if any dogs were in distress. The worst part? They've been caught flagging and suppressing truthful negative reviews and allegedly paying people to post fake 5-star Google reviews. This is all over the news and social media. 😠 My previous review was flagged, but I'll keep posting these reviews until they're held accountable for their actions and face prosecution for animal abuse. This company is untrustworthy and shows no remorse whatsoever. Seriously, what kind of company takes an innocent animal's life and then sends a family a condolence message? They should be shut down ASAP.

We tried Waggin Wheels Pet Transport to bring our 10 week old puppy from Florida to Pennsylvania and we were really happy with the service! Jennifer explained everything via email and phone and answered questions quickly. We were nervous about transporting our young puppy so far and had worries after reading one very bad review, but after talking to Jennifer several times, we trusted our gut and chose the service. We got updates from start to finish and our puppy arrived happy and safe to her forever home. We would recommend Waggin Wheels and use them again if needed in the future!

I recently worked with Elysia & Chris at Waggin Wheels Pet Transport, located in Bradenton, FL. My uncle Jack's sudden passing left his dear pup Ruby. Elysia & Chris moved Ruby from Los Angeles, CA to Noblesville, IN in just 3 days. I got daily updates and photos of Ruby. She arrived here looking fantastic. She gave Chris lots of kisses as he said goodbye. I can't say enough nice things about them. I recommend them 100%. They were caring & understanding from the very start. You can rely on them for your pets.

We chose Waggin Wheels to bring our 10-week-old puppy from Florida to Pennsylvania. Jennifer explained everything by email and phone and answered our questions quickly. We felt unsure after seeing one bad review, but we followed our instincts and chose the service. We could talk to the drivers directly by phone and text, and they kept us updated during the whole journey. Our puppy arrived safely and happily! We'd suggest this service and use it again if we had to!

These folks are absolutely

These folks are absolutely heartless when it comes to dogs. Sadly, one pup met a tragic end due to a heatstroke, and another needed urgent vet care after only two hours in their "care." Shockingly, they didn't even bother to say sorry or take action against the responsible driver.

Company murderers!!! This company caused a catastrophic pet incident resulting in severe harm to a dog due to heat exhaustion and then dishonestly covered it up. Shockingly, they even resorted to compensating individuals to leave positive reviews.
