I don't understand why some people give this company bad reviews. I bought a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth part for my Xbox One X. It was cheap, even cheaper than Chinese ones! The item came really fast and was packed nicely. I'll definitely come here first for my repairs in the future. Keep it up!

The return process proved cumbersome, as their policy required filling out a form. After a four-day wait for the form, disappointment struck again – no return label, and I had to foot the shipping bill. The return costs surpassed the item's value, and their deduction plus shipping left me shaking my head at the overall inconvenience.

This place is incredibly dishonest, and it's no laughing matter. If you decide to purchase a part from them, make sure they are sending you the correct parts; otherwise, you'll encounter significant difficulties getting your money back. In my experience, calling their customer service was futile, as they denied any wrongdoing and claimed not to have customer service at all. Beware of dealing with this company.

This company is incredibly unprofessional. I ordered a screen replacement and a kit for my Pixel. When the package arrived, not only was it the wrong screen, but there was also no kit included. I didn't even take the screen out of its package, as it was clearly too small. Upon returning it, they refused a refund, claiming damage with a super close-up picture – a false accusation since it hadn't left the package. To make matters worse, they insisted they sent the replacement kit, backed by an alleged weight check. This is a dishonest and untrustworthy business. Opt for ifixit instead; a far superior choice.

While their prices may be tempting, the abysmal customer service overshadows any potential savings. I ordered a package that included a SIM card tray, but it never arrived. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with complete unhelpfulness. Their response was to direct me to claim with Route since I had insured my package that way. However, the response from Route was far from reassuring. The problem is, that I needed that SIM card tray to make my phone functional, and I had even paid for overnight shipping to have it quickly. While I did eventually get a refund through Route's insurance, the process took a week. Waiting for such an essential item was frustrating, and the lack of support from the company itself made the experience even more unsatisfactory. Low prices don't make up for subpar customer service.

I received was not the correct part

My experience with this company has been a total disappointment. I ordered a replacement screen for my iPad 2 Mini, but what I received was not the correct part. Their customer service was unhelpful, and they sent me the wrong part not once, not twice, but three times. To make matters worse, I had to pay $13 to return their incorrect product, and they still refused to provide a refund. Despite their own policy stating the product was unused and in its original condition, they were uncooperative. I spent over $46 on this part, and it ended up being a complete waste. I also had a prior experience where the part I ordered fell apart. I won't be falling for this again. Avoid this company at all costs; it's simply not worth the frustration and wasted money.
