I had a frustrating experience with this mattress company that I just have to share. When I bought the mattress, they promised a hassle-free return within 100 days, including picking it up if needed. But when my 84-year-old mom had a bad allergic reaction to it, things got messy. We called to return it, and they said they'd arrange a pickup. Later, though, they emailed saying we had to donate or store it ourselves, which is impossible because I live far away. After lots of back-and-forth explaining our situation, they finally admitted they don’t have a pickup crew in our area anymore. Odd, since they delivered it with no problem. I feel like the return policy is misleading and makes it really hard to get a refund. Be careful if you're considering buying from them.
