These idiots wasted my time

These idiots wasted my time for over 20 minutes setting up an account (because they wouldn't give any info without an account) even for a new service request. Then the inspection would take a couple of weeks, and then a couple of weeks after that would be the treatment. It'd be faster if I were to individually pick up the bugs and dispose of them myself. Sad part is that I told them all of this BEFORE setting up the account and they said it can all be done in the same day! What a waste of time!

Terrible experience - when I called first, they said they'd inspect the entire house, find problem spots, and give a full review. None of this happened; the worker they sent said he had a sore back and couldn't check some areas. He did a fast and sloppy job (white dust all over our floors) and left. They charged me around $500. I've been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks with no response. This is a large company with no care for customer service. Steer clear!

Orkin took over a year ago, and things have changed. They sent two guys who seemed a bit rough, spent 5 mins, and now they want $300 for once-a-year inspection. I can't suggest them.
