Zoe at AllFilters really knew her stuff and was super helpful sorting out my filter order. Turns out, fridge water filters have two different numbers, one from the manufacturer and one more general. Sometimes they don't match up right. Zoe helped me send back the wrong filters I got and get the right ones. Wish all customer service was this quick to help! Tip for shoppers: Lots of filters to choose from, including the real deal and good aftermarket ones, all for way less than local stores. Customer service here is top-notch.

Ordered two ice machine water line filters for my Samsung refrigerator. The initial filter worked perfectly, fitting seamlessly into place. However, the second filter, which remained unopened for months, turned out to be a major disappointment. Upon inspection, the top part looked entirely different from the one that fit effortlessly. It appears that the company may be selling counterfeit filters, claiming them to be genuine Samsung products. This experience felt like a complete rip-off, and I'm left questioning the authenticity of the filters provided by this company.

Ordered the SpiroPure carbon filter from this company after consistently shelling out more money for Pentair filters in recent years. Unfortunately, I've noticed that this filter doesn't quite eliminate the chlorine taste as effectively, and there seems to be an issue with the contents inside, which produce a sand-like sound when shaken. I reached out to their customer service, and despite promises from their representative to get back to me, I never received a callback. Even after leaving a message on a second attempt, there was no response. It appears that this might be a classic case of getting exactly what I paid for...

I recently sought out a company that claims to specialize in crafting custom fit air filters for HVAC units. Intrigued by their promise of precision, I decided to order these "custom fit" filters for my unit. However, my experience has left me rather disappointed. Upon receiving the filters, I quickly realized they did not fit my unit as promised. The frustration escalated when I reached out to the company for assistance, only to discover that there is an 1/8" variance on every side of these so-called "custom fit" filters. To make matters worse, this crucial piece of information was not disclosed to me until I took the initiative to contact them about the ill-fitting filters. What adds insult to injury is the company's lack of willingness to address the issue. Despite the clear discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received, they seem uninterested in resolving the problem. Furthermore, the requirement to purchase a minimum of 6 filters, coupled with the unexpected 1/8" variance, has turned what should have been a straightforward transaction into a costly and frustrating endeavor. Overall, the experience has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and the accuracy of their "custom fit" claims.
