Needed to get a small area tiled in my kitchen and everyone I know was either busy or unavailable until next week. Booked for the 4hrs of work and the tech assigned did the job in 3 and even patched a section of my wall with the remaining time

A real 24/7 handyman

Sure you probably don't need your light switches changed at 3 am but I was just sick of looking at them . I am not going to lie I did not believe someone would come out in the middle of the night but after explaining the emergency Earth care sent a tech put and he really came at 4.53 am someone was outside my door and the job went well they were professional with all the tools

Earth care is the gold standard for handyman work

There staff is very easy to work with from Melissa who schedules the request to Greg my regional manager everyone is straight forward and easy to talk to and when it comes to getting the work done I always feel confident who ever they send

Had my own materials, just needed a professional to build it, and they did it. There was no hassle about having to use their stuff or go to their supply house. Straight labor.

They got the crap out of my toilet literally

Very good service See my toilet was backuped and my normal handyman was not responding so I decided to give them a call was a little sketched out about paying a deposit before meeting someone but my toilet was clogged and overflowing so what other choice did I have Job went well and happy to say toilet is crap free now

No complaints or issues here For the last 12 months I been outsourcing the maintenance of my trailer park to earth care and boy you cant believe how much i saved going with them over a full time tech. There service is very reliable and I get the same quality tech in their network for even less then hiring him directly

the complete package deal, EarthCare's team got me an Instagram worthy bathroom for only $399 and in the span of one day transformed the rough 60s into something i would be proud to show off to my friends. Earth Cares work was top notch Did i mention they were cheap? It gets better, If your a vet you can save even more!

They are so cheap i was quoted by home depot 800$ to do a window and that it could take weeks But manny from earth care was able to come out and do it in just 2 hrs and only wanted 159 to do the job i also really appreciate how he make the effort to speak Spanish with me

I booked a pro for the time I needed them, then the rep called me to go over my request, after everything was settled and the deposit made they dispatched a pro. They even made a courtesy call afterwards when the pro was on-site to verify everything was going smoothly.

Cheaper than residing my whole house.

I was given various high prices to replace a section of siding and I was constantly told I had to use their materials even though I had a lot left over in the box. I only needed to make a deposit and it was way cheaper overall then having to reside my whole house

Lisence, insured , and drug free . The only ones i let in my home

Being a household of 5 women , grandma mom and 3 daughters i have to be careful of the people i let into my home . I really like how not only are they lisenced but the contractors here are all drug free it really gives me a strong peice of mind

There are a lot of small things

There are a lot of small things I need to take care of to prepare my house. From outlet covers to crooked doors and broken lights. However, I made some progress and will be set soon, mainly because I can get assistance when I require it.

People still care... My water heater was broken, so I called a tech from Rent-a-Tech. I feared it might need replacing at 25 years old, but Matt said he could fix it by replacing the coil. Now, I have hot water again, saving me a lot.

Got an inspection done and I had a long ist of random things like buzzing panel, uneven pavers, rusting rails, etc. But I was able to get a pro for the times I was free and i waa finally able to completely check off the list.

It was easy for me to get my light circuit moved so that I could create a bigger opening and have more space. Not a big deal for me; I have some extra nice t-shirts now, but overall it looks like a possibly serious issue.

Had a leak from my upstairs bathroom and it was coming into my kitchen. Not only did they resolve the leak issue, but they also repatched my ceiling in the same day.

Got my washing machine hookups fixed, my dryer vent cleaned out, and got my floating shelf fixed over my stoned fireplace the same day that I called in and booked.

So I applied to work for this company and they been giving me the run around first they asked me to pay for my uniform I sent them money for that then they said I had to buy a badge I sent them money for that then they said I had to buy insurance through them I sent them money for that so I’m thinking ok now there gona send me work wrong now they said I have to take a test which I totally understand so when my scheduled date to take my test I get no email phone call or text telling me that your test is about to start. I called and called for almost an hour and they never picked up the phone. I finally got an email back from them telling me that there phone system was down so they rescheduled my test date to Friday that same week come Friday and the same shit no answer nothing so at this point I’m done trying to work for them because if I’m having a hard time communicating with these people how hard is it gona be to get paid. So I asked for a refund for the money I sent them and they email me back with a test date for a week ahead. Keep in kind there ad says that they can have me working within 24 hours of filling up application they even say that I can start working while my uniform is in the mail. There all full of shit and have poor management skills. I’m looking for the ceo or owner of the company to let him know that he has piece of shit employees that don’t do there job right.
