Rent a Tech

Everything about this company is a scam. BBB link on their website goes to a completely unrelated company. Link for Angie's list says they were booted from AL for leaving themselves fake reviews. Their own website says the CUSTOMER is liable for verifying a contractor licensing/insurance/qualifications. They cannot be sued and are not liable for theft. Every red flag right in their own TOS right on the website. Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with this 'company'. For anyone who has been scammed by them the owner is ******* ****** ******* on *** ** in ************, **.

Beware really bad actors at play. They take deposits from real people than they go to Craigslist submit their information like it’s theirs. When you talk to the person you have no clue they already made a deal with the person and collected a deposit. When you go do the job thinking it’s for a person you just met on Craigslist they said we already pay you a deposit. We only owe you this much and you haven’t even received a dime. Good luck getting your money back. They scam real handyman’s and real residents.. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Good luck.!

Sure you probably don't need your light switches changed at 3 am but I was just sick of looking at them . I am not going to lie I did not believe someone would come out in the middle of the night but after explaining the emergency Earth care sent a tech put and he really came at 4.53 am someone was outside my door and the job went well they were professional with all the tools

No complaints or issues here For the last 12 months I been outsourcing the maintenance of my trailer park to earth care and boy you cant believe how much i saved going with them over a full time tech. There service is very reliable and I get the same quality tech in their network for even less then hiring him directly

They offer excellent value for property owners. Recently, I needed to prep a place for new renters, which involved changing locks, coverplates, and painting the walls white. They suggested a 4-hour service package over the phone and finished everything for just $239. It all went very well.

They are so cheap i was quoted by home depot 800$ to do a window and that it could take weeks But manny from earth care was able to come out and do it in just 2 hrs and only wanted 159 to do the job i also really appreciate how he make the effort to speak Spanish with me

Being a household of 5 women , grandma mom and 3 daughters i have to be careful of the people i let into my home . I really like how not only are they lisenced but the contractors here are all drug free it really gives me a strong peice of mind

There staff is very easy to work with from Melissa who schedules the request to Greg my regional manager everyone is straight forward and easy to talk to and when it comes to getting the work done I always feel confident who ever they send

People still care... My water heater was broken, so I called a tech from Rent-a-Tech. I feared it might need replacing at 25 years old, but Matt said he could fix it by replacing the coil. Now, I have hot water again, saving me a lot.

I got a lot of expensive quotes to replace 2 decking boards, and everyone tried to make me buy their materials even though I already had my own. But after two hours and paying a deposit, the job was finished the same day.

So I finally booked them for a small thing after calling other places and it went better than I thought, the tech came, worked for several hours, confirmed with me everything that was completed, and then left.

I needed a quick repair for a ceiling leak and chose Earth Care from the marketplace because of their price. Technician Larry showed up on time and completed the job fast. It was a great service.

They are the only ones i trust to work on my home 5/5 experience everytime There techs are always freindly and earth care really gets you a better deal then working with the tech directly

I needed some custom work done so i figured it would be very expensive but surprisingly since i went with rent a tech the job came in way under budget The work was decent and i am happy

The service was good when they changed my water filter. The technician explained each step and gave useful tips for extending its life. The whole job took roughly 20 minutes to finish.

Facebook page flooded with duplicate text reviews by empty accounts. The corporation name doesn’t exist in the state. Bad reviews and ripped off workers. Be careful.

These guys are like the burger king of contracting there super quick. Its super easy to order and i feel like i am getting a great value for my money A+
