I had a situation where the drain was blocked, and the plumber we initially called couldn't locate the outside pipe. We searched everywhere but couldn't find it either. I had to pay a deposit, but the plumber arrived within an hour. It turned out the pipe was hidden behind some bushes and covered with mulch. The plumber spent some time finding it, but after that, he cleared the blockage without changing the final price. It took a little longer than expected, but the service was decent overall.

I recently found some spare time to update my front porch, with the stone and new French doors already purchased. However, many others insisted that I buy materials through them or use their suppliers, even though I already had the exact stone I needed and just needed help replacing the doors and trim. This company was able to meet my needs and offered a flat rate for the labor, which was a big plus.

Other companies wanted to charge me for the whole drain replacement and kept saying my work was bad. That didn't bother me, but the prices they gave were way too high. Earthcare was the only company that sent a tech for the exact problem, and the price was good too.

Installed new faucet and water dispenser the same day.

My kitchen faucet stopped working, kept leaking, and I got a nice set online, it came with a faucet and water dispenser and they came out to install it the same day the set arrived.

Same day and did the job, no questions asked

I needed someone to come out and run 2 power lines, one to my laundry room and another to my garage, they came out same day and did the job, no questions asked.

They did good work, I had a problem

I had a lot of many mini projects that I needed done in my basement and garage and they did. Everyone else pushed for a remodel, which was not what I wanted.

These guys are like the burger king of contracting there super quick. Its super easy to order and i feel like i am getting a great value for my money A+

Everything about this company is a scam. BBB link on their website goes to a completely unrelated company. Link for Angie's list says they were booted from AL for leaving themselves fake reviews. Their own website says the CUSTOMER is liable for verifying a contractor licensing/insurance/qualifications. They cannot be sued and are not liable for theft. Every red flag right in their own TOS right on the website. Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with this 'company'. For anyone who has been scammed by them the owner is ******* ****** ******* on *** ** in ************, **.

Not a real company

Beware really bad actors at play. They take deposits from real people than they go to Craigslist submit their information like it’s theirs. When you talk to the person you have no clue they already made a deal with the person and collected a deposit. When you go do the job thinking it’s for a person you just met on Craigslist they said we already pay you a deposit. We only owe you this much and you haven’t even received a dime. Good luck getting your money back. They scam real handyman’s and real residents.. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Good luck.!

Smells like a scam

Facebook page flooded with duplicate text reviews by empty accounts. The corporation name doesn’t exist in the state. Bad reviews and ripped off workers. Be careful.

My pro (Manny) who was very skilled

My pro (Manny) who was very skilled, arrived exactly on time at 10 pm and immediately started working hard. He didn’t hesitate when I asked him to do extra work beyond the original plan. He didn’t complain once and gave his best effort throughout the job. He truly deserved the small tip of 46 cents I had for him.

The main drain line in my front yard was leaking, and I had 3 plumbers come out. They gave me quotes ranging from $2000 to $8000, all saying that my yard would need to be dug up. It seemed like a huge hassle. Then, I found Earthcare and their price? Only $499. The decision was simple.

The videos from this company can be deceiving. After you pay for an I.D. package, you have to complete a training first, and then it seems like nothing changes. They mainly push you to buy another package for better job chances. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Spending $47.00 will only bring more demands and marketing items.

5 stars, I would give 6 if I could. The tech showed up on time and was very professional, dressed well. 1 star for being friendly and knowing their stuff. 1 star for the great pricing. 1 star for the free warranty. I ordered online without needing to speak to anyone. 1 star for that and another 1 star for the free cleanup. That’s 6 stars in my book.

I can easily say this was one of the best experiences I've had with a handyman in all my years as a homeowner. Matt was very professional and showed great commitment. He arrived around 4pm and worked until 11pm, carefully making sure everything was done right.

A regular contractor wanted me to pay around 4 thousand dollars to paint my siding... rent a tech’s price? $499. Sure, I had to pay for the paint, but it was only around 200 bucks more. It’s way cheaper to go with them, no question.

This company just wants to sell shirts to people who really need jobs. I had to pay 50 dollars for a shirt because they said it was a must. Then they make you take a test after watching some low-quality videos. But you don’t even get to pick a good time for the test, they just tell you when to call. They gave me a time of 4:30, which is right when I get my kids. If you don’t wanna do the call, you can pay 20 bucks to take a written test instead. So I paid the 20 dollars, and the test was 50 questions in only 3 minutes. Some questions were just silly, like one about how to take care of appliances, and the right answer for them was just “yes.” That isn’t even an actual answer. I got screenshots to prove how bad this is. This company is just using people who need work, and it’s just wrong.

Earth Care

I scheduled an appointment for my parents to clean out a plumbing pipe using the Hydro Jet system. They are in their 90's and on a fixed income. They paid $150.00 deposit. First person comes but did not have the equipment to do the job. He leaves. I call to cancel and they asked if they could reschedule. Fine, no problem. Second person comes, same issue. He does not have the machine to complete the job. Earth Care will not refund the deposit. Stating that since the tech came, it begins the hours for the service. My parents did not pay $150.00 to be told the job could not be done. When I refuted that claim, they said it was under "terms and conditions". Except that I did not have access to the terms and conditions. This is a total exploitation of the elderly. Aside from being an extremely egregious act of greed. It is shameful, disgraceful, and corrupt for any person of any age. Date of experience: November 05, 2024
