I had a dreadful experience with this website. They provided a fake phone number and email address on their site, making it impossible to reach them. The battery they sent me was non-functional, and attempts to contact them were futile. Moreover, the return address on the envelope, supposedly belonging to Anna at ******* Meridian Pkwy, Riverside, CA, is also fake. I suspect this is a scam. I've reported it to law enforcement and advised others to steer clear of this deceptive website.
