They did very well. The issue was that my search was handled by annoyed.com. I didn’t know annoyed.com would take over my inquiry. I'm sure annoyed.com has its role. Better notification about them taking over the search would be better. User's tip: Reach out for answers before buying a product. It can help avoid issues or a bad purchase!

The company is not bad, but they could improve their service. The delivery took too long, and the product was not as good as I hoped. I'm dissapointed, but I think they have potential.
