Blinds2go started by providing free samples so you can see how the design fits in your space. They also included a clear guide for measuring your Roman Blind. Plus, they offer insurance if your measurements are off and will send a replacement!. The blind came in good condition and matched what I ordered perfectly. It looks great and suits my decor well. My measurements turned out right and fit the window nicely. I’m really pleased with this company and would recommend it.

Lovely faux wood blinds, nice quality, carefully packaged, and arrived as expected. A couple of small issues, though: delivery costs if your order is under £250 and the blinds don’t include any screws or wall plugs, which was a bit of a suprise. Also, no printed fitting instructions are provided; you need to download them yourself. It would be handy to have them included. Despite this, the blinds look fantastic and seem much pricier than they actually cost.

The blind was custom-made to our precise size, and after figuring out which side to install inside the window for a proper fit, we’re really happy with it. We recently renovated our bathroom and wanted to avoid drilling into new tiles. It might help to include some written instructions in the packaging, but once we understood that placing the opposite side of the blind in the window first was the trick, we were quite satisfyed.

I was nervous ordering a Venetian blind online, but after checking my measurements multiple times, I proceeded. The blind arrived earlier than expected (nice). Packaging was solid for shipping (nice). With the fitting instructions downloaded, it was up in under 5 minutes (great). No adjustments needed at all! Would I buy from Blinds2Go again? Absolutely… and the price wasn’t too bad for a custom item either.

Got a double blind for a window that had too much glare during the day and needed to keep warmth in during Winter. Happy with how one blind lets light in but blocks out the bright glare, while the other makes the room completely dark. Came on time. The fitting instructions were clear, especially the video, which helped my husband set it up correctly!

Ordered 2 sets of plantation shutters. Quelity was amasing and they were packaged realy well so no damages during transit. Very easy and straightforward to install. My only very small critisim was that they sent black head screws which now need to be covered, other than that Im over the moon

Regrettably, I haven't got my hands on the product yet. Placed my order on March 12th, expecting it within 7-10 days, but it seems it won't even leave the UK until after Easter. I needed it for a project due by Easter, but now that's out of the question. Hopefully, the product will be worth the wait. Just a heads up, they manufacture abroad, so anticipate delays when ordering. I didn't know this; assumed it was a UK-made product at UK prices. Disappointing revelation.

Ordered 2 electric Smartview Click2go Roman blinds and 2 Twist2go roller blinds in October 2023, totaling £620. The roller blind installation turned disastrous; it constantly slipped despite assurances from online support. Electric Roman blinds had a sizing issue; the header rail was 3cm too long. Customer service's response was obstructive and ignorant, blaming measurement errors. Attempts to resolve the issues with promised fittings and replacements proved futile. The replacement blind had a different shade. Despite being pensioners and disabled, we were pressured for a video of the fitting. Unresolved problems persist, prompting consideration of legal action and a complaint to Trading Standards. It's bewildering that a company of such financial stature can't rectify issues stemming from their products.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. The vertical blinds I received had a defective rail. Despite contacting them and providing a requested photo, it's been nearly two weeks without any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and if a resolution isn't offered promptly, I'll have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card. The customer service has been utterly unsatisfactory.
