Ordered blinds 3 years ago. Reached out for new clips recently. Great service, quick response. Louise Featherstone, Jake, and Carolyn were very nice and sent x5 clips for free. Recommend this company for good service.

We ordered a blakout skylike bling. It didn't fit. We messaged on WhatsApp. They replied fast (on Saturdy). Louise saw our pics, found a fix, and ordered parts. Louise was nice and answered our questions. The process was easy and quick.

Ordered lots of blinds for our home

Ordered lots of blinds for our home, kitchen, hall, bathrooms, and landing all came well packed. Like the materials and fitting was easy. Vertical blinds fit like another famous brand we had, so it was a simple switch (Hilarys quoted us 6 times higher than blinds 2go!).

Regrettably, I haven't got my hands on the product yet. Placed my order on March 12th, expecting it within 7-10 days, but it seems it won't even leave the UK until after Easter. I needed it for a project due by Easter, but now that's out of the question. Hopefully, the product will be worth the wait. Just a heads up, they manufacture abroad, so anticipate delays when ordering. I didn't know this; assumed it was a UK-made product at UK prices. Disappointing revelation.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. The vertical blinds I received had a defective rail. Despite contacting them and providing a requested photo, it's been nearly two weeks without any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and if a resolution isn't offered promptly, I'll have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card. The customer service has been utterly unsatisfactory.

Ordered 2 electric Smartview Click2go Roman blinds and 2 Twist2go roller blinds in October 2023, totaling £620. The roller blind installation turned disastrous; it constantly slipped despite assurances from online support. Electric Roman blinds had a sizing issue; the header rail was 3cm too long. Customer service's response was obstructive and ignorant, blaming measurement errors. Attempts to resolve the issues with promised fittings and replacements proved futile. The replacement blind had a different shade. Despite being pensioners and disabled, we were pressured for a video of the fitting. Unresolved problems persist, prompting consideration of legal action and a complaint to Trading Standards. It's bewildering that a company of such financial stature can't rectify issues stemming from their products.

I made an error in my measurements, and when I contacted customer service, they not only assisted me but also generously offered a fifty percent discount for a reorder. This was a considerable saving, and I appreciate their understanding. The quality of the shutters is excellent. The customer service's decency and willingness to work with customers make this a positive experience, and I'm highly satisfied with the quality of the shutters.
