The company did a good job. The worktops are great, and the office staff are nice and helpful. The work took only a few hours, done by 2 polite installers.

Overall, our experience with Gemini has been entirely positive. The quotes and customer service before placing the order were fabulous, and the process of ordering, including booking templating, went smoothly. The fitting was amazing, and the worktops look fantastic. However, our only negative point was the demeanor of the person who came to do the templating. They appeared grumpy, and we felt like a total annoyance to their day. This experience was quite at odds with the excellent customer service we had received at every other step of the process.

I had a terrible experience with Gemini. They demanded full payment upfront, and the customer service deteriorated thereafter. Our sink had to be replaced due to a fault, and they insisted on charging £180 for re-templating, making it our third re-templating (the first due to a delayed cooker delivery, which was beyond our control). The cost escalated from the original quote of £3200 to over £4000. They provided an installation date 10 days after the final templating, which we couldn't accommodate. The next available date was another week later. On the scheduled delivery day, they texted me at 8:30 in the morning to inform me they couldn't deliver and would get in touch soon with another date. After contacting customer services, they revealed they don't know when they can redeliver and promised to get back to me, hopefully by the close of business today, with a new date. I would not use Gemini again. No reputable company should demand full payment before the customer has seen the product. If I could go back, I certainly would not choose Gemini again.

Our experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. On the originally scheduled delivery date, we were told that they couldn't deliver our measured worktop due to a supposed error in the template or cutting. This came after we had finalized the details and paid. They rescheduled the delivery for two weeks later, forcing us to delay our move-in and incur additional costs. Despite our efforts to communicate our concerns, their responses were unresponsive and unsympathetic. After considerable dispute, they begrudgingly agreed to deliver the worktop three days earlier than the rescheduled date, on the 20th of October. However, they offered no compensation for the significant inconvenience and delay they had caused. We are profoundly disappointed with the abysmal service from this supposedly highly-rated company. The lack of accountability and communication left a bitter taste in our mouths, tarnishing what should have been a straightforward transaction. We will be hesitant to use their services again in the future.
