Mayya at Public Storage Buenaventura Blvd.
by Paul F.

Mayya at Public Storage Buenaventura Blvd., Kissimmee, was really helpful! Even though I came when she was supposed to be on break, she still took the time to answer my questions, show me around, and help me pick the right unit. She really made sure I was satisfied. Good customer service!

My space was a 10×10 inside spot
by A Frank

My space was a 10×10 inside spot with climate control. The place and unit were okay. The price I saw online was alright, but then they kept bumping it up every few months. In the last half a year, they raised it twice, once by $41 and the other time by $42. I planned to use this spot for three years, but they wouldn't lower the price even though it's cheaper online. They suggested I get a different or smaller space, but that means moving everything. What a hassle. If you only need a spot for less than six months, they're okay. But if you need it for longer, look somewhere else.

Public Storage informed me of the need
by Granger

Public Storage informed me of the need to vacate my unit for renovations and downsizing. They relocated me to two smaller units, but the combined space was only 90% of my original size. Despite promises of a month's free rent and a rate of $157 per unit, I now face a charge of $171 per unit with no credited free month. Additionally, my $1600 prepayment for the prior unit remains unrefunded or credited to the new rentals. Public Storage's recent actions have eroded trust, and I hesitate to recommend this facility, echoing the discontent of other tenants.

I recently needed a storage unit and
by Jay Westfall

I recently needed a storage unit and opted for Public Storage during their Labor Day promotion in 2023. The initial deal on the selected unit size was appealing, allowing me to upgrade at a discounted rate. However, just four months later, they raised my monthly charge by a significant 30%, which I find quite unreasonable. Despite requesting a reconsideration, my appeal was swiftly denied. In light of this, I feel compelled to share my experience on social media to highlight Public Storage's lack of customer consideration.

Public Storage proved to be a deeply unsatisfactory choice
by Brian S.

Public Storage proved to be a deeply unsatisfactory choice. Despite high prices, they tack on even more fees, including charging a full month's rent for a single day if you move out before the month ends. During my visits, the office was frequently empty, and calls went unanswered. The customer service, especially from the manager, was unhelpful and uncooperative. When I contested the unjust extra month's rent for my short stay, the manager closed my account and hung up. This lack of transparency, unresponsiveness, and unfair billing practices make Public Storage a poor option. I strongly caution against using their services, as there are undoubtedly better alternatives available that won't subject you to such inconvenience and financial exploitation. Stay away from Public Storage for your storage needs.
