    I paid for and did not receive an item I purchased. While tracking the product it said that the item was delayed due to counterfeit postage and that the product was seized by the postal service. A couple days later I checked the tracking again which stated the product was delivered. I have not received my product and have sent two emails to customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed.

    Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with GlowRight lamps. I got three of them about half a year back. Initially, one had a fingerprint inside, but they replaced it without any hassle. Fast forward, two of them have already stopped working. They say it's due to battery deterioration, which is weird because they're advertised as long-lasting. All three were used the same way, charged together, and not overused. It's just strange that one is still going strong while the others aren’t. Honestly, it's disappointing to think about replacing them every six months, especially given the price. If you're considering these lamps, maybe think twice about the long-term costs.

    I got these lights, and let me tell you, they're pretty cool. The delivery was faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise, and everything was just as described. But here's the thing – the battery life isn't as long as I hoped. I guess I didn't dig deep enough into the specs before buying. These lights need charging every day since they only last about 8 hours. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's a bit of a hassle. Still, they look great and do the job well while they’re on. If you're okay with a daily charge routine, they could be a great fit for you.
