    I had a frustrating experience with this mattress company that I just have to share. When I bought the mattress, they promised a hassle-free return within 100 days, including picking it up if needed. But when my 84-year-old mom had a bad allergic reaction to it, things got messy. We called to return it, and they said they'd arrange a pickup. Later, though, they emailed saying we had to donate or store it ourselves, which is impossible because I live far away. After lots of back-and-forth explaining our situation, they finally admitted they don’t have a pickup crew in our area anymore. Odd, since they delivered it with no problem. I feel like the return policy is misleading and makes it really hard to get a refund. Be careful if you're considering buying from them.

    I bought a couch from them on 11/12/25 said it was instock. I checked on Dec 2nd and it was on backorder so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. It is Jan 8, 2026 and I am still getting the run around. Do not buy from this company.

    Ordered 2 cover plates on their Black Friday sale, contacted them after 30 days to find out where my order was, only to find out they put the order on hold because " Their website had the wrong prices listed "... I would now have to pay 3x what I paid to get my two cover plates. I had to track them down, they had no intension of contacting me about their issue, they never offered a way to make it right, just "pay us full price" total rip off. Canceled my order. Found the same thing on another site for 1/4 the price of theirs.
