    Ordered 2 cover plates on their Black Friday sale, contacted them after 30 days to find out where my order was, only to find out they put the order on hold because " Their website had the wrong prices listed "... I would now have to pay 3x what I paid to get my two cover plates. I had to track them down, they had no intension of contacting me about their issue, they never offered a way to make it right, just "pay us full price" total rip off. Canceled my order. Found the same thing on another site for 1/4 the price of theirs.

    Ordered 3 weeks ago. Tracking is bizarre. So much for getting in time for Christmas. Will not order from this company again after this ordeal. Just hope when and if it arrives it is worth it.

    not sure if this is a legit company or not ... they took our money on October 1st and still they say the couch will only arrive at the end of January .... hmmm?
