My recent experience with this online store was quite disconcerting. Attempting to purchase a small item, I encountered issues with payment and subsequent refund requests. Oddly, they insisted on verifying my address by requesting a photo of my full name and address on a utility bill – an unsettling request, as sharing such sensitive information poses identity theft risks. This practice is highly unusual, and I caution against both purchasing from this company and complying with such unusual requests.

I came across them online and

I came across them online and decided to try them out. They did better than I expected. I had a few questions, so I called their customer service. The person I spoke to was really nice and helpful. She worked hard to find answers to all my questions. My products arrived quickly without any problems. I've got them installed and they're working well. I've got another order coming soon. I checked all local hardware shops

I checked all local hardware shops and big retailers including Amazon. None had the Shulte brand shelf supports for my coated wire shelves. They are sturdier and slightly wider to fit my 35 year old closet shelving. Hardware World had them - and I got them in 2 days. Quite happy.
