Pictures online do not match physical product delivered!!

We ordered a bed on line for our son... we based our decision on the photos displayed on the website. The actual bed they delivered was quite different. I assumed they had delivered the wrong one & complained... they replied I had received the right one, it's just that "The images displayed on our website are digitally processed for illustrative purposes"... so basically the pictures online don't necessarily match the product you'll receive!! I am also reporting this company to trading standards! Awful company, avoid!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - SELL DEFECTIVE BEDS

Purchased an ottoman bed and for assembly, 2 Asian guys arrived and noisily assembled the bed speaking in a foreign language so I had no idea what saying, I gave them both a cold drink as a very hot day and left them to it. Once they left I inspected the bed and noticed ALL the ram locking nuts were loose, just placed on first thread of bolt, also the 2 divan connecting bolts were also loose. On further Inspection I noticed the ram side brackets were drilled into the wood and not secured into the provided steel inserts, the centre bolt were also missing. I contacted Beds.co.uk immediately to report the issues and my concerns that it is not assembled correctly and the Ram brackets were not supported as designed and screwed into the wood, one bolt actually protruding from the side of the bed into the material. I was concerned over time and operation the bolts would split the wood. Shaby who I dealt with stated he would send someone out to inspect. A couple of days later 2 individuals arrived and tightened the screws, they would not touch the ram brackets as stated they come pre assembled, they said they had received a number of complaints regards the ottoman beds including lifting with people on the bed! I contacted SAHaby again to discuss a resoloution and to return the bed - he refused to do so, I referenced the consumer rights act as the bed is defective but he continually refused to do so - after many e mails he offered £30 as a settlement to keep the bed - I refused and again referenced the law but he again refused to refund. I am now reporting Beds.co.uk to trading standards and commencing action to reclaim my money, either via my bank section 75 or small claims court. Avoid this company at all cost - they even refused to honour the 3 year warranty as displayed on their web site. BE WARNED - AVOID AT ALL COST - GO ELSEWHERE. THE BED IS A SAFETY RISK in case of failure, collapse of the supporting ram securing brackets.

id give 0 stars if i could. after 6 emails and numerous phone calls, im STILL waiting on a refund for a duplicate order as their website was having issues. they keep saying the refund has bounced back and they need another 6 working days to get it back into my account. SCAM COMPANY.

Absolutely appalling product and shockingly bad customer service. I purchased a so-called “memory foam spring” mattress for my little boy, and the quality is outright unacceptable. After one night on it myself, I could feel every single spring digging into me — easily one of the worst nights’ sleep I’ve ever had. After just eight weeks, I contacted beds.co.uk for a refund, and they flat-out refused, hiding behind the “age” of the mattress instead of acknowledging the dreadful quality. To make matters worse, their customer service responses are robotic, generic, and completely unhelpful — it’s obvious they’re not interested in actually assisting customers.

We bought a cute 3ft bunk bed with two mattresses. The cost was amazing with the sale and discount code. Only one mattress arrived at first, so I emailed the company. Jacob quickly replied, said sorry, and gave a new delivery date. Really happy with their help 😃

Still awaiting

So I ordered beds from another company waited 2 days then had to cancel so slept on the floor . I ordered from this company put in order ,call right away I was assured delivery next day so I won't sleep on the floor. Next day I am given a slot and I am happy but by after 11am I am told my order is for next day . Me trying to call them back no one responds or picks up or says anything. So once again I sleeping on the floor while I beg someone please bring the beds as promised. Will wait and update this review.

We got an ottoman bed and mattress and are pretty happy with it, we haven’t had it long so we can’t say much about long term use yet but the bed frame seems strong and well made. They sent a wrong part of the bed frame by mistake but sorted it out after a call, they delivered the right part within the week so happy with how they handled it!

Ordered a mattress and the delivery was great, they moved it earlier to fit my schedule and it arrived on time. The first mattress was terrible, very soft and my guest slept on it once and then chose the sofa instead. Left a 1 star review here and got a quick reply telling me to contact Jacob which I did and I was offered a swap/upgrade to arrive 2 weeks later FOC. It arrived on time and the new one is brilliant and loved by my next guests. Customer service is very good but 4 stars as the original mattress was not orthopaedic and I had to wrap it in bin bags which cost me almost £10 in bin bags, duct tape and my saninty (not easy)!

I purchased a mattress that came on time but, after using it for a couple of nights, I felt it was not very comfortable. I must admit, I was a bit worried when I contacted beds.co.uk that it could be hard to sort out an exchange. Luckly, within five minutes of speaking to Kevin (the Customer Experience Manager), he had fixed my issue, set up an exchange and booked the new mattress for delivery the very next working day! I can not fault the service – especially from Kevin – in any way. I have no hesitation in advising others to use them and will surely return to them for all my future needs! Great job to everyone at beds.co.uk P.S. I have just tested the new mattress (suggested by Kevin) and it is really wonderful!
