I hesitated buying a large furniture piece online, but the website's user-friendly design and competitive prices convinced me to take a chance. Zain provided excellent customer service, guiding me through the process. Multiple email confirmations and a secure payment system eased my concerns. I placed an order for a bed on January 5th, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for updates, I haven't received any information about the status of my purchase. Each time I spoke to a sales advisor, they assured me of updates that never materialized. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I'm disappointed in the service. Considering the time and energy spent chasing them up, I'm contemplating requesting a refund. Think twice before ordering from this company.

Initially, they attempted to charge an additional £60 for delivery, but after declining, they waived the fee in exchange for a 5-star review. The first bed was incorrect, with a meager £15 offered to accept it. Opting for another bed made of what seems like low-quality cotton material, it feels cheap. Despite this, the exchange process was less troublesome than anticipated.

Ordered a bed in October 2023 with the promise of free assembly, but the delivery driver failed to assemble it. Filed a complaint, and now my bed is broken. The company agreed to replace it, scheduled for delivery on January 15, 2024. However, the replacement driver refused to collect the broken bed or assemble the new one. Terrible experience – steer clear of this company!

Avoid this company at all costs! They sent the wrong mattress, and despite over 30 phone calls and emails, they not only refused a refund but also spun a web of lies. Currently under investigation by Trustpilot and my bank. Complete disgrace to a company!

Stay away from beds.co.uk! I ordered an anti-bedbug memory foam mattress, and they delivered a stained one on October 24th. Not only did it not expand to the full size, but it was also a hassle to return. Terrible experience!
