    Avoid at all cost. Do not believe trust pilot

    I would have given this compny a zero star if I could. Before I ordered my bed on May 3 I called their customer service to confirm when is their earliest delivery as I can’t wait too long as I am pregnant. Their CS told me that there will be an availability on May 7 which is perfect as that won’t be a long wait. So I proceeded with the order thinking I will be able to sort out the delivery date quicky. I asked my husband to book a day off as no one will be available to receive our bed if he is not around. Here comes May 7, still no email confirming about my order. Meaning, I still can’t book my delivery date with them. I called them to asked what is happening. They say they will chase my order and will call me back that day too. No call or anything that day. So I called them again the next day. They say they will chase it again and will call before 11 am. Waited until 13:00 and still no call back from them. At this point I am beginning to get so frustrated as my husband already booked his off. I brushed it off this time as there is nothing I can do about it. I called them again after waiting for their call they say the earliest they can deliver my bed will be on May 15. Not happy obviously as I made sure I will have the bed in less than a week .I checked with them before I proceed with the order. But again I can’t do anything about it but wait. So I asked my husband to book another day off on the 15. Here comes May 15 we got the bed frame but no bolts nuts etc. for us to be able to assemble it. I was furious this point as I was feeling so much pain on my back. I literally begged this people to send the fixtures next day delivery/priority as I cannot sleep where I am sleeping any longer. Guess what they can do ? Sent it through post telling me it will be with me 24 to 48 hours. I wasn’t happy I was literally crying I just can’t stand it anymore. Sending it through post 24-48 hrs that is the best they can do. OK! If that’s all you can do . I just agreed as I can’t do anything about this again. This was on Wednesday, so I was expecting it to come Friday. Today is May 18, 60 hrs after they said it will be with me 24-48 hrs. This is how they treat their customers. All they can tell you is sorry, never ending sorry. Did not even try to send the post next day delivery! I called them again as I was expecting it yesterday. They told me the post office is close and will receive it on Monday. This people thinks their customers are dumb. Royal mail still delivers their parcel even if it is weekend. So, don’t tell me they are close during weekend and wont be receiving it on weekend. You won’t be having this problem if you atleast delivered it on next day delivery. You have given me so much stress. Please be better next time as you don’t know what people are going through. Atleast try your best. I won’t be begging you if I am not pregnant and not having a severe back ache. But you just ignored it with your never ending apologies. AVOID THIS COMPANY and just buy a little bit more expensive beds than saving money but will give you a lot of stress for weeks.

    Ordered my new bed on Monday, didn't receive a confirmation email so rang them after a few hours. I was told that the bed would be delivered Friday (today) and I would have to pay £39 cash to the delivery driver. Their website says "fast free delivery". I argued this and was told that my postcode (in the midlands) was not covered and that this was explained in their terms and conditions. I checked the terms and conditions and my postcode wasn't mentioned so I called them back, threatening to call trading standards and they waived the charge. Anyway, on to delivery day. The driver turned up at a decent time and brought everything into the house for me. I soon noticed that the memory foam mattress was clearly labeled as 4'6" double, not the 5' king that I ordered. I told the driver, he said there was nothing he could do. I promptly rang beds.co.uk and after a lengthy discussion, I was told that the best they could do was refund me £15 as a gesture of goodwill and deliver my new mattress next Saturday. That's 8 days with no mattress. I will never use this company again and I would discourage anyone else from using them too.

    The divan bed I purchased from this company fell short of expectations, displaying poor quality and a significant deviation from the online description. Requesting a refund turned into a lengthy and frustrating phone call, where various alternatives were proposed instead of a straightforward reimbursement. Eventually, they agreed to collect the bed and refund my money, but the audacity of charging £49 for this service was disheartening. Beware, despite their polished website, this company's actual product quality and customer service do not align with their online image.

    I placed an order for a bed on January 5th, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for updates, I haven't received any information about the status of my purchase. Each time I spoke to a sales advisor, they assured me of updates that never materialized. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I'm disappointed in the service. Considering the time and energy spent chasing them up, I'm contemplating requesting a refund. Think twice before ordering from this company.

    Beds.co.uk is a great bed company. We bought a superking 6ft ottoman bed and a 3000 pocket sprung mattress. At first, we were a bit unsure if such a big bed would support the heavy mattress, but it does it with no problem at all. We had to contact customer service about our headboard, and Abdul was really helpful. He sorted everything out fast and arranged an exchange for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend Beds.co.uk for its good value and great customer service.

    Mark was quite helpful! I reached out because the 15% discount wasn’t applied. Mark mentioned that due to my location, the delivery charge would be £90 and no discount would apply. I asked to cancel my order. He then offered to apply the 15% discount to the delivery fee. I insisted on canceling. Eventually, he said if I gave him a 5-star review, he’d waive the delivery charge and refund the 15%. I agreed, though I wasn’t happy. He should be fired.

    Ordered a bamboo furniture set on Thursday, got a call the next day to set up delivery. The delivery service called ahead to give a time frame, and on delivery day, I received updates and a text when we were next for delivery. The furniture set is nice for the price and was simple to put together. Now, just waiting to relax on it since it's been raining since we put it outside. I'd suggest this company for sure.

    Jamie was the employee who assisted me. I want to mention he guided me through the steps of purchasing a specific mattress. He was really kind to me. He promised a delivery date. The company website clearly says Delivery FREE, but the bill showed a £39 delivery fee. !!!!!! I find this quite deceiving.

    Francis was really nice and helpful when I called for help earlier. I bought a new bed last night but didn't get a confirmation email or any info about when my new bed would arrive. I panicked right away. I called this morning and was connected to Francis who was polite, reassuring and fixed the issue right away. Within minutes of talking with him, I got a confirmation email and delivery scheduled. Francis gave such a great service. Now I'm waiting for my new bed to arrive!

    I contacted Beds.co.uk since I hadn't received an order confirmation. I spoke with Ali M, who was very helpful. He informed me that my delivery would arrive in 2 days, which is good, and there’s a £30 delivery fee. I wondered why this wasn't mentioned when I ordered, and after checking with his manager, he told me I could get free delivery. Ali handled this really fast and sent me my order confirmation right away.

    I got 4pc rattan garden furniture with 15% off online. Order was confirmed next day. Got a call to confirm delivery time the day before. Got another call that evening to confirm delivery. Today got a text saying driver was 20 mins away. Driver arrived 30 mins later. Very polite and knew where to leave item. Driver said items was shipped from China so they could be sold cheap. Would defo use them again.

    After looking online for a new king size bed, we found just what we needed. The bed is gorgeous and came with a mattress option and four drawers. Assembly was simple. We got updates on our delivery status. The two guys who delivered the bed called us the night before to give an estimated time and also on the delivery day to confirm arrival. A nice experience overall. Good job
