My experience with Wayfair and Fitueyes has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered a 3-shelf TV stand from Wayfair in early October, and when it arrived, the lowest shelf was so badly scratched that it looked like a cat had clawed it multiple times. Additionally, one of the smaller shelves had significant finish loss. It's unclear whether I received a previously returned item, but the overall condition was a joke. When I reached out to the company with my concerns and provided pictures of the damage, they offered me a mere 15-dollar refund and claimed that the warehouse would send replacement shelves. However, my confidence in actually receiving this refund is low. The whole experience has been frustrating, with Wayfair's customer service making promises they don't fulfill. I've found it nearly impossible to get in touch with them by phone due to a perpetually full mailbox. This ordeal has left me with an eyesore of a TV stand and a strong desire to shop elsewhere, somewhere with a more reliable return policy.

Good product, and the directions were clear. The only problem was that the bottom shelf (panel 4) had one screw hole that wasn’t threaded, so I couldn’t tighten it, but it stays together well. One thing to consider is having the two adjustable shelves not screwed into the back. This is because if you lift the unit and grab the shelf, it might crack or damage the back where it’s attached, as the front part of the shelf just rests on the small brackets.

I bought the TV stand the same day as my 65 inch TV. The stand arrived fast, within 3 days. Using a YouTube video, assembling it was simple, all the parts were included. It's very solid. I added the wheels and can move the TV easily for the best view. This stand is great value for money.

The company really hit the nail on the head with this stand! It's just what I pictured and wanted before searching online! Putting it together was so simple and it looks fantastic in my space. I love how easy it is to move around to face the TV from different spots in the room.

Instructions were great. It was simple to put together by one person. The only problem was the bottom screw for the back part holding cables; it was a bit tricky to screw in because the screwdriver had to be at an angle, but it wasn't a major issue. Really like it.

I was really impressed with the product; From the start, through the quick shipping and delivery, to the packaging, the company and product showed "quality". The stand itself was well designed, strong, and safe to use. Met and exceeded all my expectations.

Item arrived quicker than planned. Packaging was good, no damage or missing pieces. Instructions were simple, so the experience was smooth. Got many compliments from friends who saw it. Really like the modern design.

This feels like a scam. My package has been on hold, and when I check with FedEx, there is no tracking number that matches their records. What is going on? I need to speak to a live representative ASAP!

We have two different designs from Ownsome, and we couldn't be happier. The products are easy to assemble and boast outstanding quality. Two thumbs up for a great price and excellent quality!

The company make good stuff and simple to put together. But, they didn't give me the correct screws for my Sony Bravia, so I had to go to Lowe's and search around for thirty minutes.

Both stands look great in my new home. They were easy to put together and the TV easy to install on the stand. This is my third fitueyes stand I own. I reccomend them highly

The company's customer service is not good. We struggled to put things together. The instructions were unclear. I reached out twice with a picture, but got no reply.
