I have two Amazon parrots

I have two Amazon parrots, and I enjoy making most of their toys. This beautiful rope and the wooden pieces I've received will be perfect for crafting some lovely toys for them. I've traditionally used plain cotton rope, so the vibrant colors in this rope will surely be exciting for our birds, as well as for other parrots. Thank you very much, and I look forward to returning for more supplies in the future.

The cost was reasonable, and I appreciated the use of pure cotton. However, the weave on all five rope toys was quite loose. The initial toy I gave to my 27lb dog unraveled and got destroyed in about 30 minutes. Typically, rope toys last much longer for my dog, lasting for weeks. I was just taken aback that they weren't tightly wound or twisted like usual rope toys.

I'm surprised with this product. I've been in search of high-quality hemp rope for a while, and I used to have to import it, which was costly. It's fantastic to finally have access to such high-quality rope at half the price I used to pay.

The delivery was quick, and everything was just right. I craft rope toys for dogs as a pastime and got 3 boxes of twisted cotton rope in different sizes and colors. Excellent variety, enjoyable to use... I’m sure I’ll be ordering again.

Customer service was decent, but the assembly instructions? One star. Seriously, those paper instructions were a mess. Confusing doesn't even begin to describe it. And the quality? Awful. Seriously, they need to step it up.
