I've been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the mirror brackets to attach to the dresser I recently bought. Despite the company's assurance of a thorough white-glove inspection before delivery, the brackets were conspicuously absent. Numerous emails later, I've received assurances that the brackets will be shipped before the end of December. However, the process involves mailing them to the original delivery location, and then I must coordinate with a technician for installation, which could take an additional three months. In an effort to streamline the process and prevent potential complications, I suggested sending the brackets directly to the assembly team, rather than the vacant condo where the furniture was delivered. Regrettably, the company indicated uncertainty about fulfilling this request. I find it perplexing why such a straightforward solution might pose a challenge. This alternative would not only safeguard the brackets from potential loss or theft but also allow for a more convenient scheduling of the technician's appointment. As it stands, I remain uncertain about the company's ability to address these concerns and provide a seamless resolution to the situation.

My entire experience with Coleman was incredibly frustrating. I eagerly anticipated the arrival of my furniture, only to be disappointed when one part arrived incorrectly. The process of rectifying this error turned into a month and six days of sheer inconvenience, surpassing the original delivery time. Consequently, the entire timeline from placing the order to receiving the correct furniture stretched over two months. I had ordered a 3-part sectional, with two parts arriving correctly within the first month. However, the third part had to be reordered due to an error in the color, resulting in an additional wait of 1 month and 6 days. Nearly 2.5 months passed before I finally received my complete sectional. Throughout this ordeal, the customer service was far from helpful, consistently providing the same unhelpful responses every time I reached out. It was only when I insisted on speaking with supervisors and reported the issue to the BBB that I sensed any form of remorse. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I have no intention of ever ordering from Coleman again. I will actively discourage others from doing so as well.

I initially believed that the company would provide delivery with setup, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The lack of a visible customer service number made it challenging for me to seek assistance, and the communication regarding my order was disappointingly slow and appeared automated. As a single, petite older woman, I now find myself with four boxes of furniture pieces that I'm unable to lift and will need to incur additional expenses to have someone assemble for me. In hindsight, had I been aware of these challenges, I would have opted to order directly from Ashley Furniture instead.

Well, let me tell you about this company. They were meant to deliver our new couch, but guess what? Less than a day before it was supposed to arrive, they dropped the bomb that there were some problems and now we have to wait longer. So, I had to get rid of my old couch, thinking the new one was just around the corner. But nope, weeks have passed, and still no couch. I tried reaching out through emails, asking to talk to a manager, but it's like shouting into the void. No response whatsoever. So, yeah, not impressed with their service at all.

I had a decent experience ordering from this company. The product was well-made and arrived 4 weeks early. However, the delivery process was disappointing. Despite being given a window, they were 2 hours late, and I had to contact them to find out where they were. They still had 4 deliveries ahead of me at that point. Delivery planning needs improvement.

Coleman's furniture is good. The first delivery crew was not good, but next crew was. They put furniture together fast & were professional. Thanks Coleman's for rescheduling & fixing issues. I'll buy again!
