My company manages a substantial portfolio of rental homes, and we recently decided to upgrade our locks to smart WiFi-connected ones. We opted for locks from Go Keyless for a multi-unit condo complex. Unfortunately, upon installation by the HOA's maintenance man, we discovered that the locks were incompatible with the doors due to thickness issues. Despite our prompt request for a return within a week of purchase, Go Keyless cited their policy, deeming the locks ineligible because they had been opened and installed. This policy seems impractical, as determining compatibility requires installation. The lack of transparency on their return policy is frustrating and disappointing. I won't be considering this company for future purchases.

I rarely bother with reviews, but my recent dealings with GoKeyless.com compelled me to share my frustration. Over four days, I navigated through a maze of ignorance and evasive responses from various representatives. Despite my eagerness to spend $850 on a lock for my business, the disconnect between GoKeyless.com and Schlage/Allegion became painfully evident. Sales, customer service, and technical support all proved unhelpful, citing inadequate training and promising callbacks that never materialized. Save yourself the headache – look elsewhere for a reliable lock source. Even Schlage doesn't vouch for their own reseller!

My company manages lots of rental homes. We decided to upgrade our basic locks to smart WiFi ones. We bought some from Go Keyless, starting with a condo complex. We gave the locks to the maintenance man, but they didn't fit the doors properly because they were too thick. We tried to return them within a week, but Go Keyless said no because they were opened. I get it, but it's a bad policy. How can you know if something fits without trying it? Their return policy is unclear on the website. I won't buy from them again.

Lance not only responded quickly to the chat but also went the extra mile by calling back. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and support in resolving our mistake.
