Ordered a mattress, pillows, and

Ordered a mattress, pillows, and a 5" foundation on July 7th. Called on July 8th to switch to a 2" foundation, and they charged me $175 for that change. Delivery was set for August 10th. Delivery folks came with the mattress and pillows but only had 5" or 9" foundations on the truck, not the 2" I needed. Had to call customer service again to sort it out. They said I could only get the 2" foundation on a Wednesday or Friday, which doesn’t work for me as a single mom with a full-time job. Tried emailing, no response. Called during my break, the "supervisor" said there’s nothing they can do. Asked for a refund. Terrible service, never using Tempur-Pedic again.

I've had my Tempur-Pedic Pro

I've had my Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Soft mattress for almost 2 years now, and it's been a complete nightmare. At 6ft tall and 200lbs, the mattress is already sagging on both sides. My dad bought it for me because I have a spinal injury and deal with chronic pain, hoping it would help. But it's only made things worse. To top it off, Tempur-Pedic's customer service is beyond awful. It's really frustrating that there are no honest reviews on their website. This is the second time JD Power has recommended a company that's been a disaster. Save your money—Tempur-Pedic products and their customer service are just terrible!

I bought a Tempur-Pedic matress in 2004

I bought a Tempur-Pedic matress in 2004 with a 20-year warranty. I had to file two claims because both mats failed. Now, after eight years, the third one has failed too. It sags so much it's uncomfortable. Both claims were replaced. They didn't mention it would be prorated. The policy changed with the third mat failure. They said my mat is under the original warranty due to the last replacement, with no money from me. If I'd paid some, I'd get a new 10-year warranty. They set a precedent, changing now, not wanting to stick with goodwill. I won't buy another Tempur-Pedic mat.

My 6-year-old mattress has 2 big

My 6-year-old mattress has 2 big cracks through 2 foam layers. The warranty was denied because of "Significant Stains". This is false. The mattress color is nearly the same as new, with only a small amount of greying on the white cover. The mattress itself shows almost no discoloration, as the photos show. There’s definitely nothing that would cause 2-foot long tears through 2 foam layers.

I accidently bought wrong extra pillowcases

I accidently bought wrong extra pillowcases for my Tempur-Pedic bed. I emailed about exchange but Paul said no! Now I'm stuck with $99 knit cases I don't want!!! I not buy from Tempur-Pedic again!!!
