The ordering process with JohnCootes.com was initially smooth, but the delivery experience left much to be desired. Despite being at home, the bed was returned without any attempt, necessitating a follow-up call. Upon receipt, I had to navigate it upstairs alone, which was unexpected. More concerning was the discovery of missing parts. Despite multiple emails seeking resolution, there has been no response, leaving the bed incomplete and unusable. The lack of communication and incomplete delivery experience have cast doubt on the reliability of JohnCootes.com, making future purchases seem uncertain and potentially problematic.

So, here's the thing about this company: I've been waiting for ages for their customer support to sort out the missing parts I need. It's like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond. Plus, there's no manual in sight, and they didn't even bother to include a contact number. I'm on the brink of going to the Department of Fair Trading to get some action on this.

I'm not surprised by John Cootes' great one on one service. Last shopped at John Cootes 40 years ago. When found out they’re back, wasn't hesitant to do my Christmas furniture shopping. Again, they stayed to their word, goods arrived on time and with a pleasant delivery service of two great gentlemen.

I am not shocked by John Cootes Good one on one service. I shopped At John Cootes 40 years ago. When I heard they’re back I was not hesitant to do my Christmas furniture shopping. Again they kept to their word, goods arrived on time and with a nice delivery service of two great gentlemen.

You kind of get what you pay for, the price was really cheap, free delivery was great, but it ends there. Instructions were inadequate and quality was poor.
