The product, delivered in an unmarked box without instructions or support contacts, led to unfortunate damage during installation attempts. Adding to the dismay, the LEDs burned out, and despite being under warranty, the replacement claim was denied. Initially drawn in by PrecisionLED's promising marketing showcasing precise interior lighting upgrades, I opted for their LEDs despite discovering more affordable alternatives. Disappointingly, the bulbs received didn't align with the advertised product, necessitating an exchange. Though the replacement wasn't a perfect fit, I managed to make it work. The resulting illumination proved significantly better, but regrettably, the dome light burned out within just a year and a half, covering a mere 5000 miles.

The website was simple to navigate

The website was simple to navigate. Got the interior LED Kit for my Honda Pilot fast. The install was quite easy due to the YouTube video and the tools in the kit. I did have to tweak the tools a bit so the blade end was thinner; had some issues getting it into the lens spots. Overall happy with my purchase.

Considering the extensive questions and the delayed delivery of my purchase, I think it's best to hold off on giving a thorough review for now. The 2-star rating is just a starting point. It would be great if they could offer some HID headlights for my Jeep as well. Just dropping a hint there.
