The site is nice to look at with good stuff and enough info to buy stuff. Four stars coz delivery took long (30 days). Stuff came from maker, not Lightopia. Maybe they didn't have it in stock. Not a big deal for me, but if you need stuff quick, order early or check if it's in stock.

After shopping around online for 5 ceiling fans in 2 different styles/sizes, I stumbled upon Lightopia. Initially, I was unsure about ordering without seeing the fans in person. However, the representative I spoke to over the phone was knowledgeable and patient, which eased my concerns. So, I decided to take a chance and placed an online order. To my delight, all 5 ceiling fans arrived promptly and were in great condition. They were installed yesterday, and I must say, they are exactly what I was looking for. It's like a breath of fresh air compared to some other online orders I've made.

The company is lacking in providing a complete service. They responded promptly when I asked to return an item, but that's where their effort stopped. I'm still waiting for the return label and there has been no further communication or progress. I'm stuck with merchandise I can't use and haven't even opened.

I found out about Lightopia while searching for ceiling fans online. I needed five fans of two different styles and sizes. I was unsure about buying without seeing them first. The representative I spoke to on the phone was helpful and patient, so I decided to give it a shot and placed the order online. The fans arrived promptly and were in great condition. Despite sending emails with no response, I decided to call, and they mentioned a "no fraud" account requirement, which was unfamiliar to me. When I attempted to place a new order due to this confusion, the light's price had increased by $300. I requested them to honor my original purchase, but they declined. Poor service utilizing unfamiliar verification services, creating frustration in a 30-year history of buying online.
