Branch has really poor customer service when dealing with my employer Dqs. I just left my job because my pay was delayed and this branch card didn’t give me access to my money on payday. I spent 4 hours on the phone every time I tried to activate my new pay card. They constantly put me on hold, and when they finally picked up, they asked for my id and it was Friday. They said they would escalate my case, but I still had no access to my funds and my case wasn’t even moved up, leaving me without my money.
