Bad experience with the automated system. For the past week, I couldn't check my balance and make payment. Finally, I got payment done through a CSR. Today, I can't check balance, and after saying my card number/using the keypad, it can't detect the numbers keyed in. On the phone for more than an hour. Wasted my time and I still can't get it done. Very disappointed, fix your systems. I have to be able to check my balance and make payment anytime without involving customer service rep. I want to rate this company zero.
