I had a frustrating experience with Branch recently. Someone somehow managed to withdraw money from my account at an ATM in a different state while I was busy working. I immediately reached out to Branch, and they assured me I'd receive a provisional credit. But days turned into weeks, and I found myself stuck in a loop of unanswered emails and vague responses from customer service. The call center seemed to know nothing about my account. After some back-and-forth, I received an email saying the issue was resolved and that I'd get the credit, but it never appeared. The app even shows I've been reimbursed, but my balance says otherwise. I keep emailing, but there's just silence. I really can't trust them anymore.
