    Let me tell you about my recent experience with this banking company. I tried transferring $330 to my usual bank account, and, poof, the money vanished. It's not in the account, and there's no record of the transaction anywhere. They keep asking for a transaction number that simply doesn't exist. The only evidence I have is from their app showing that $330 should be there, but it’s not. I've reached out multiple times, requesting a call, but all they do is send emails. It's frustrating because it feels like they aren't interested in actually helping. It’s been a nightmare, and I’d warn anyone against using their transfer service—feels like they just take your money without a trace.
