    I had a frustrating experience with Branch recently. Someone somehow managed to withdraw money from my account at an ATM in a different state while I was busy working. I immediately reached out to Branch, and they assured me I'd receive a provisional credit. But days turned into weeks, and I found myself stuck in a loop of unanswered emails and vague responses from customer service. The call center seemed to know nothing about my account. After some back-and-forth, I received an email saying the issue was resolved and that I'd get the credit, but it never appeared. The app even shows I've been reimbursed, but my balance says otherwise. I keep emailing, but there's just silence. I really can't trust them anymore.

    As a nurse trying to earn some extra cash for school, I decided to join a new agency that uses Branch for payments. Within just two days, it’s been quite frustrating. After a long 12.5-hour shift, I couldn’t access my money because the app wouldn’t send me verification codes. Why rely solely on a phone number for login? When I reached out to Branch customer service, they blamed my phone company. But after checking with them, everything seemed fine on their end. The troubleshooting tips online were no help. Trying to get through customer service was a nightmare, waiting over 40 minutes after fighting through the automated system. How can I chat in the app when I can't even log in?
