The company could do a better job of showing
The company could do a better job of showing exactly what my rate of return is. They provide a lot of charts and visuals, which is okay, but I’d prefer to easily find the annualized return to compare with other investments. It would also be helpful to know why the estimated share price is lower than what I paid for it... are there fees? Is it a loss of capital or just a drop in real estate value? Once again, I have to search around for answers.

Be careful with fees and sale limits.
Be careful with fees and sale limits. Your funds will be tied up for 5 years, including any dividends automatically reinvested during that time (unless you turn that off). The lack of liquidity, high fees, and average performance don't seem to work well together.
