I am really dissatisfied with Branch right now.

I am really dissatisfied with Branch right now. There were 2 unauthorized withdrawals from my account. I filed disputes as recommended, but it took 2 weeks to get a reply because there's no phone number to actually talk to someone. Everything is handled via email. I was told my claims were rejected because I had no paperwork. Obviously. The money was withdrawn from my account without my permission, and the transaction shows the PIN was bypassed. I'm still waiting for a reply to my appeal against their decision. The worst customer service ever!!!

My experience with Branch Bank and Uber Pro has been frustrating and unproductive. Despite signing up for an Uber Pro card, I encountered issues connecting my Branch account to Uber, rendering the card unusable. Both companies have been unhelpful in resolving the issue, passing blame back and forth without providing a solution. It's been nearly two weeks without any response to my emails. This lack of customer support and communication is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on both Branch and Uber.

Branch has really poor customer service

Branch has really poor customer service when dealing with my employer Dqs. I just left my job because my pay was delayed and this branch card didn’t give me access to my money on payday. I spent 4 hours on the phone every time I tried to activate my new pay card. They constantly put me on hold, and when they finally picked up, they asked for my id and it was Friday. They said they would escalate my case, but I still had no access to my funds and my case wasn’t even moved up, leaving me without my money.

Branch has one of the most disappointing customer service teams

Branch has one of the most disappointing customer service teams I’ve encountered. I just wanted to add my middle initial and Jr. to my account profile. After a chat lasting more than 30 minutes and a phone call, I have achieved nothing! Maybe next time I’ll try reaching out by carrier pigeon or just close my account. Completely absurd...
