Their deals on unique brands are awesome. Shipping's quick, and those travel sprays? They're real good.

The product got here on time in Brazil - Rio de Janeiro. It was well protected and had a free sample of another good scent. The price was good 'cause I got a discount. I'm happy to say the scent is real. I saw MaxAroma on YouTube - CurlyFragance. Keep in mind import fees are pricey in Brazil.

That's an absolute nightmare! Had great experiences with Maxorama before, but now dealing with a recent purchase that got misdelivered is turning into a three-week-long battle. They want you to shell out around $60 for a copy of the police report (total refund is only $247) after you've already filed it and provided the report number. What? That's some next-level inconvenience. They claim they tried calling the police, but that's fishy. On top of it all, they won't even guarantee a refund after you spend more money to get the report to them. This is seriously poor customer service, especially for someone who's been a repeat customer. It's a shame to be treated like this for such a small amount of money. Considering walking away from the refund just to avoid losing more money on the police report. Such a frustrating situation!
