    Talkiatry has been dishonest with their billing. They charged me using CPT code 99214, which is meant for more complex services, even though my telehealth sessions were simple. They inflated the charges just to increase their profits. When I tried to dispute the charge, their customer service was no help. I was sent to outsourced teams who couldn’t fix the issue. It’s obvious that Talkiatry cares more about making money than offering honest service. Stay away from this company. Their billing practices are unethical, and their customer service isn’t helpful. Don’t trust them with your health or money.
