    My MMJ Doctor

    I started receiving emails to renew My MMJ Doctor medical card 30 days ago from yesterday (10/24/25) stating my card expires soon, giving me the since of urgency that I must hurry. When I spoke with the doctor yesterday, he mentioned my renewal not actually starting today because my current card has not yet expired. So, I'm concerned because as a 2x Breast Cancer Patient the amount of grams I was initially allotted, was not enough. Therefore, I had to get back in contact with a doctor thru My MMJ Doctor to purchase more grams, which I did. So, I was trying to ask the doctor I spoke with yesterday about my remaining grams. Do they expire and I'll just get a new set of grams or will what I still currently have be added on to my renewal amount? Also, the fact that I had to pay before I can even speak with a doctor does not "sit well" with me. Especially, since my card has not yet expired.

    My experience with Midi has been beyond frustrating. My first provider was late to our only appointment, claimed to have “tech issues,” and never even turned on her camera — so the entire visit was faceless and impersonal. She promised referrals and resources that I never received, then completely disappeared without any follow-up. To make matters worse, when my next appointment was canceled at the last minute, I was told I’d be rescheduled. Instead, I got a message at 3:40 AM for a 7:30 AM reschedule — just a few hours’ notice. The link they sent me to reschedule didn’t even work. Now I’m in pain, feeling worse than before, and without the help or care I was promised. This has been an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience. If you value reliability, professionalism, and real patient support, I would not recommend Midi.

    The chat agent Angela did a great job understanding and resolving my issue. The only problem is that it feels like no one is helping when you start a Live Chat. There are no signs that the chat request went through. A message saying request received and agent will join soon would help. Felt like floating in space,
