I really like the glasses they make. They're cute and not expensive. I haven't tried the prescription ones yet because I have a progressive prescription, so I don't know how to order them. But I might try someday.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by offering to resend the glasses in question, frustration and disappointment prevail.
