The gummies have a nice flavor, and the company provides helpful support along with good research info. I appreciate that they are packaged individually since I don’t get the point of gummy products in big jars that expect you to follow the dosage. These gummies are a great addition to my routine. As a 63-year-old wife, mother, and grandmother, I've been using them for almost 50 days now, and I feel more energetic each day.
