Discounted prices and quick delivery are quite competitive. The advantage of a physical store is being able to chat with friendly sales associates. For instance, I wanted a product for sleeping (both falling asleep and staying asleep) and for muscle relief. I could only make an educated guess about what I needed. And likely picked the wrong one.
