I tried Zencare for 1 year - I was not impressed I tried Zencare for 1 year. I choose to try them based upon the number of referrals they stated an average therapist would receive. From the get-go, I was unimpressed with their business. For example, I had a pet emergency that precluded me from attending my video shoot, I notified them hours prior to the shoot, and was charged for a no-show, and would have been charged again to reschedule the video shoot. I recieved 2 referrals (I was told 5-7 referrals per year). I emailed customer support multiple times, and was basically told tough luck. Only when I cancelled my membership were they "sympathetic" to my case, and offered me a 20% discount if I renewed for another year. I am not sure that I received any benefit from them, I know others have, and maybe my situation is a 1-off, but I found their lack of care and concern to be troublesome. I have gotten more referrals through a free ad that I placed online. You might rethink Zencare.

The website looks nice, colorful, tidy, and simple to use. Their team for extra services they now offer or work with are careful, kind, and understanding. If you can afford their services, I say go for it!

Zencare has really helped improve my practice! I like that it lets clients get a good sense of who I am through my introduction video, photos, and profile. It's also great that they can check my availability, so when they contact me, we’re already in sync on scheduling. As a solo practitioner, it saves me so much time! I no longer have to waste time on calls with clients who aren't a good match (either clinically or with their schedule). Most of the clients who reach out through Zencare are a good fit, and that’s very rewarding. I’m grateful that Zencare makes things easier for both me and my clients.

I was a bit unsure about the year-long commitment, but I’ve been happy with the steady flow of inquiries, and they’ve generally been a good fit.
