    Joi Women's Wellness

I disclosed my medications on my intake, including seaonique birth control, where you only get your period 4x a year. My bloodwork showed low hormones. My provider stated she would normally judge hormones by my cycle timing, but it didn't matter what stage I was at, my hormones where low for all stages, and she prescribed hormones. She was confident about the suggestion, and given I'm not a health professional, I agreed. She said she normally suggests stopping the BC and retest after some time, but reviewing the numbers, she said I should start HRT immediately. After the visit, it bothered me that my hormones were so low at 41 years old. I did additional research and found out that the BC I was on is the cause of my low hormone levels. It should have been recommended that I stop BC and retest to see what my stable levels were before prescribing an RX. I reached out to the company to ask for a refund of the $700 in therapies she prematurely prescribed, and they have denied to help in any way. They lied about what she said, has refused to release her notes or the recording, and have pushed the blame to me, saying I agreed to treatment. Joi is a company that is advertising that they help people with their health journey. They didn't take the the time to review basic blood test results, (you can use AI and get this info quickly), then overprescribe medications and refuse to take responsibility for their incorrect medical suggestions. I suggest finding a local functional doctor WHO ACTUALLY CARES. Can you imagine what my physical and mental health would have gone through, coming off BC and right onto HRT when I most likely don't need it?? That is not caring about your clients.

    Fast ESA Letter

Tried out FastESALetter.com, and wow, what a letdown! The site seemed promising, offering quick ESA letters, but it turned out to be a total mess. Their customer service? Practically ghosted me. Sent emails and tried the live chat, but got zero response. And the letter they sent? Super generic and not even close to what I needed for housing or flights. Felt like they just slapped something together in a hurry. Plus, the whole payment thing was sketchy. No clear refund policy if things go south, which they did. At first, the site seems legit, but after you pay, it’s pretty clear they can’t be trusted. So frustrating!

    NativeMed.net

They definitely do NOT do as they state in their advertising or positive reviews, I never spoke to anyone, didn’t receive any emails notifying me of anything, I called a couple of times left voicemails and nobody called me back, I was 100% sure I had been scammed. Of course the only email I got during this time was the one confirming they had charged my credit card. They finally contacted me and said they had shipped my medicine, it arrived in a not cold at all package with no information on pharmacy or anything. Super sketchy, the bank statement says the charge was made on my credit cards by Nativemeds owned by a car detailing company
