After many years not understanding what was wrong
After many years not understanding what was wrong with me and believing it was just part of me, I didn’t realize there was much more beneath the surface. I was diagnosed with cptsd along with other issues. The psychiatrist was very smart and kind. I already feel lighter just from getting a diagnosis. I can’t thank you enough.
