Ever had a pharmacy experience turn into a headache? Picture this: I received confirmation that my antibiotic was ready at Fry's pharmacy, only to find out it wasn't when I urgently needed it for my sinus and ear infection. The prescription was put on hold until July 8th, leaving me in discomfort. Communication was sorely lacking! Why didn't they ask if I had tried OTC remedies like Mucinex or nasal sprays first? Imagine this scenario: It's a lazy Sunday morning, and I realize I have an ear infection. Instead of rushing to urgent care, I decide to try out 24hrdoc. By 7:45 AM, I submit my request. Fast forward to 1:15 PM—I receive an email notifying me that my prescription has been sent to my pharmacy. By 4:20 PM, I have the medication in hand, all without paying for priority service. It's cost-effective and efficient, saving me both time and money. If you're looking for a hassle-free way to manage your health on weekends, 24hrdoc is the way to go.

Poor Leadership

This is my second review: I don’t get it A few weeks ago, I penned a review which I’ve included below. I’m seeking a $15 refund as the expedited timeframe fee I paid was exceeded by an hour and a half. The response I received a couple of days later (the response was from Trust Pilot)assured me of resolution upon review, which initially left me content. However, it’s been around twelve days since then, with no progress. I urge you to seek a more reputable medical service than 24hrdoc, as their leadership’s handling of business matters is concerning. This issue pertains to leadership, not the doctors or customer service representatives. Please read my original review below for context on my frustration and bewilderment regarding this seemingly straightforward matter. Original review: Firstly, I want to acknowledge the commendable effort of the customer service representative who assisted me on a couple of occasions. They did an excellent job despite being restricted in the level of assistance they could offer, which was not their fault. However, my dissatisfaction lies with the leadership. I sought medical assistance for a toothache and paid the standard $40 fee for a consultation, which I was fine with. Additionally, I opted to expedite the consultation for an extra $15, expecting it to be within a 45-minute to 2-hour timeframe. Unfortunately, the consultation didn’t happen until the 3.5 hour mark, exceeding the expedited timeframe by 1.5 hours. Consequently, I believed I should be refunded the $15 expedited fee as per basic customer service principles. (Customer Service 101) Regrettably, the customer service representative lacked the authority to issue the refund and advised me to email for assistance. Despite sending six emails over the past month, I have received no response, indicating a disregard for my concerns. It’s evident that my communication efforts have been ignored. As someone potentially interested in utilizing such medical services, I strongly advise against using 24hrdoc. Their inability to address issues and provide refunds for policy breaches reflects poorly on their business practices. I recommend seeking medical care from a more reliable alternative.

They did an excellent job despite being restricted in the level of assistance they could offer, which was not their fault. However, my dissatisfaction lies with the leadership. I sought medical assistance for a toothache and paid the standard $40 fee for a consultation, which I was fine with. I paid for my prescription and received an email stating it was sent to my pharmacy. I called this morning and spoke with Ann. She was unable to read back any info such as she could not find my account, my name, my email and or my phone number or the the prescription 24hrdoc claimed they sent to my pharmacy.She fumbled her way through the whole call. She said it take two hours to ensure it was sent to pharmacy and I still have not heard from 24hrdoc my pharmacy states there was no prescription for the medication I needed. Now when you call it goes to a voice-mail. Please be careful with these people it's a SCAM.

I was in a tight spot, needed an antibiotic for my tooth, but the dentist visit was a no-go due to cash crunch. Gave this service a shot, not knowing what to expect. Filled out the online form, took me like 10 minutes. It laid out the whole deal, and bam, it said my prescription would be waiting at CVS (my pick) in 30 minutes to an hour. Skeptical, but when I hit up the pharmacy, there it was – ready in 30 minutes flat. A total lifesaver for someone in a dental pickle without the cash for a speedy dentist fix.

I had a really bad toothache and no dentist or doctor. My friend suggested this site, so I entered my details and they checked my answers and sent a prescription to MY PHARMACY. I got my meds without any issues. The whole process of getting medical help went well. I was surprised how easy it was. The pain eased up quickly after I took the antibiotic. I'd suggest your service in an instant. Thanks for helping me out since the pain was awful. Keep up the great work. Thanks from a very, very pleased patient.

45 mins service is a SCAM!!!

**** Their expedited "priority" service for $15 that alleges a 45 minute prescription is a SCAM. **** DO NOT pay that extra fee!! They DO NOT HONOR IT & then they will refuse to refund that extra fee when they don't meet that 45 minute window. They don't care about your pain, or if your pharmacy is about to close, which is why you needed that priority service. They care about making an EXTRA PROFIT by enticing people in pain to fork over extra money. Shady, shady, shady!

So fast and so easy

Had a horrible infected tooth, super painful. I had never heard of this site before, but when I came across it I was so happy, but skeptical. It was just as promised! I answered some questions that took about 5 minutes, gave my pharmacy info and paid 39 bucks. They had my script called in within 2 hours. Amazing!! So nice to not have to schedule a dentist visit. I will 100% recommend this site to everyone and will 100% use it myself again!

The procedure was easy but complete. Just like a face-to-face appointment, they ask about medical history, allergies, and any current medicines. If a prescription doesn’t get approved, your money is refundable! A few hours after my online appointment, I could pick up my prescription at my nearby pharmacy! They don’t accept insurance, BUT the price is the cheapest around, so insurance isn't really needed. I would use their service again!

I used 24hrdoc for tooth infection. I answered the questionnaire completely. There was an option to have an oral rinse prescription with my order. I checked I wanted the oral rinse. Unfortunately, the rinse was NOT provided. I have contacted customer service 3 times since yesterday without the simple courtesy of a response by the company. There are other options for similar services, so I’d suggest you use those instead.

I had a great and fast experience, I’ve never got a prescription online and also I saw some not so great reviews but I tried it anyway being as though I was in so much tooth pain. I put my order in at 6am and picked up my prescription at 9am and it was also FREE 👍 I will definitely recommend and will be using them from now on. *** side note, my order came with a mouthwash which was awesome!!

I found the online service somewhat helpful, though I paid an extra $15 for an hour delivery, but it took several hours. My husband, dealing with a painful tooth abscess, faced a setback when the online doctor prescribed the wrong dosage. The prescribed 300 mg twice a day was inaccurate; we had to seek help from the ER, discovering the correct dosage is 300 mg three times a day, not twice.

I reached out to 24hrdoc late on a Saturday. I had a tooth issue under the gum, and the pain was severe. I knew waiting until Monday for antibiotics wasn’t an option. After answering a few questions, I got a response the next morning saying my prescription was sent to the pharmacy! It was so simple! And likely cheaper than an urgent care visit. I will definitely use this service again!

Quick and reliable.

Quick and reliable. My main doctor refused to prescribe me an antibiotic for my toothache. I couldn't find time to visit my dentist for at least a month. A toothache is due to an infection. The antibiotic helps to fight the infection causing the pain until you can get a filling or other needed treatment. Pain relief finally without having to take 16 ibuprofen daily. Thanks!

On 16 May 2024 suffering severe sinusitis tried to get a prescription for antibiotics. I went on the website. Tried to pay with a credit card. 3 times. Each time stated that the payment had been declined because wrong details. Bank records show tge payments made. Told by online assistance to use another card. Same thing after 1 try. Watch out it's a scam.

This was a quick, SIMPLE process. The site was easy to use, which is nice because when you don't feel well, navigating a hard site is hindersome. Quick and speedy results, which I really appreciate. I shared my problems around 12 am, and the very next day, a prescription I urgently needed was ready for pickup at my nearby pharmacy. I now have a dental follow-up scheduled. Since many dental offices are busy for a while, if you need help with an infection in the meantime, do not hesitate to contact 24hrdoc. Glad a service like this is available!

had an emergency with an abscess tooth and needed amoxicillin ASAP. Went with 24hourdoc, but they prescribed me a measly 125mg when I needed the big guns – 500mg for that abscess. Dentists swear by it. Even forked out extra for expedited shipping, but the meds didn't do much. Not the go-to for dental emergencies, that's for sure. Lesson learned.
