    The waiting line really needs sorting out. There’s nothing to show you should queue at the pharmacy counter to let them know you’ve arrived, even though I booked my appointment online and came in plenty of time. When I finally got in, the clinician was lovely — calm, gentle, and a real credit to your team. I’d had my flu jab at another chemist the day before, but your staff member was miles better… no pain, no fuss, and such a kind approach, unlike the other place that said they couldn’t do my Covid jab even with the letter from my Consultant about my bronchiectasis. She’s truly a star, a five strar star!
