I'm pleased with the service's competitive pricing and overall value. However, there's room for improvement in the provider-patient interaction. Although I had chosen a video appointment, the provider insisted on a phone call, which was somewhat inconvenient. During the brief appointment, the provider appeared rushed, and our interaction only lasted about 5 minutes. Given the cost of $100, I expected a more comprehensive consultation. I had to inquire about essential information related to potential side effects and proper medication administration, which should have been proactively shared by the provider. Additionally, the provider's delay in submitting my prescription, taking six days instead of prompt processing, affected my access to the required medication. Enhancing customer service training for providers could significantly enhance the overall patient experience and satisfaction.

I understand they only respond via text or email, but in my experience, they either don't respond at all or their response is unresponsive: my email to the company's Customer Service from my active account that I needed an order for the routine labs recommended while on tirzepatide was responded to by text from their Sales Team listing prices for tirzepatide. I texted back that this was unresponsive and got a text that I should reach out to customer service and "as much as we would like to help you, our access is limited". I emailed customer service again and immediately got an email back that said "we urge you to text our Customer Service line for immediate assistance".

So, I had a pretty frustrating experience with Valhalla. They messed up my prescription request, and it took over two weeks to sort it out, leaving me without meds for almost three weeks. What really got me was the lack of communication. I couldn't reach their customer service, and the pharmacy kept saying they tried contacting Valhalla, but nobody responded. Finally, Sam from their team stepped in after two weeks and tried to help. He was the only one who kept me updated, even though it took a while for him to respond. I didn't switch companies because starting over seemed like a hassle. I really hope my next order goes smoothly and gets handled quicker.

I'm disappointed with the company's follow-up and follow-through. I've been waiting for my prescription for three weeks now, and it still hasn't arrived. The pharmacy now claims they don't have my order, despite telling me it was processed. It's really frustrating that I can't talk to a real person; there's only an automated text messaging service. I really need to speak with someone, especially since I've spent over $600.00 with this company. Based on my first experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I reached out to Valhalla Vitality about a product that was supposed to be cold packed but arrived warm. The cold pack had thawed, and the item was no longer cold. When I called them, the rep tried to brush it off, saying the product didn’t need to be cold packed. They refused to refund or replace it. I checked with my doctor and pharmacist, and they confirmed it does need to be kept cold and advised me not to use it. Super disappointed with the service and handling. I’m definitely canceling my orders with them.

Man, the experience was frustrating. I waited for two weeks for my prescription, expecting it to arrive any day. When nothing showed up, I texted customer service to track it. They told me the pharmacy never got the prescription. But when I checked my Valhalla Vitality account, it said the order was completed, like the pharmacy had it and was filling it. Mixed messages much? Not cool. This two-week delay is really messing with my schedule. Hoping they get their act together soon.

Valhalla is awesome ❤️ they provide great customer service. I've used them for Semaglutide and tirzepatide with no problems. If my order takes too long, I call them and they ship quickly. I lost 60 lbs since using them. Prices are fair and there are many peptide options. The providers are good too. Easy to reach as well. If you're picking an online brand for peptides, I highly recommend them, lots of benefits.
