I've bought stuff from BaubleBar a few times, and the stuff's been really good. People always compliment me on the jewelry. One time, something I bought came broken. I let them know, and they got back to me super quick. They sent a new one right away. This company and what they sell are just great!

The recent release of their St. Patrick's Day collection garnered significant attention, resulting in the swift sell-out of several items. Having contacted them in February to inquire about a possible restock due to high demand, the response I received lacked sincerity. Subsequent attempts to suggest a limited restock or a pre-order option were met with silence, leaving me dissatisfied with their customer service. It appears that their focus is more on financial gains than addressing customer concerns collectively. I suspect they may capitalize on the high demand by significantly increasing prices next year without addressing the limited supply issue. The inability to leave reviews on their products adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the company.
