I liked the jewelry quality and they did respond to my questions in about 24-48 hours. But I found the shipping time was long (almost 3 weeks) and the contact number was hard to find.

Recieved the ring just like it looked online

Recieved the ring just like it looked online, came with the IGI certficate. Took it to a nearby jeweler to check and they said it's real, just as they said. Happy with the ring and what I payed. The ring box was a bit plain, so I ended up getting a nicer one myself.
