Positive: I really liked the jewelry I purchased, which included a necklace and two pairs of earrings. The quality was great for the price, and customer service replied quickly. Negative: The wait was a bit long. Although there were Christmas delays, I just received the last piece of jewelry yesterday, even though I ordered everything at the same time. I would definitely order again because the family I gifted the pieces to were happy with them. I ordered in early December, but I can't remember the exact day.

Great quality work. However, there seems to be a missing item in my order, and I’ve emailed the company but still haven’t gotten a response. I haven’t received my necklace yet, nor a refund. Aside from that, everything else was good, and I hope to hear back about my missing item soon.
