    I ordered several items for Christmas over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received anything yet. I’ve texted and emailed them but haven’t gotten a reply. Website says chat live but no chat is accessible and you can’t enter info into the text or email fields on their contact us page. Very disappointed!

    Ordered early and I never received the product. They told me it was delivered but the photos I received was not my front door. Customer service is slow to respond and basically told me it was delivered. I’m out scrambling for gifts now. Save your time and money.
