    Interface just isn't that good. Screen freezes and lags. I found DuoLingo much more engaging. TERRIBLE customer support. Go elsewhere.

    Доброго дня, зарас навчаюся в цій школі нічого гарного сказати не можу. Викладач дівчина азіатка,української мови не розуміє, якщо незнаєш якогось слова або забув тільки перекладач, запитувати марно. Вже минуло пів курсу вона відмінювала 4 заняття, з причини "поганого інтернету" хоча знаходится в Британі.Ящо хочете якісну підтягнути англійську, НІЗАЩО НЕРЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЦЮ ШКОЛУ

    I entered a one week trial and immediately wrote to them that I did not want to continue the monthly plan thereafter. As per instruction on their website, wrote three times to their service email and never heard back. Then promptly they charged me a monthly fee, now I have to fight with them and get my credit card to cancel their charge. This is not serious behaviour !
